Smells somewhat spicy. Pours somewhat cloudy yellow amber. Somewhat spicy, but also kind of bland. Pepper, lemon. Clean finish.

A pale ale with strawberry-like fruitiness and low bitterness. I didn’t recognize typical wheat beer characteristics. Sweetish aftertaste. Bottle 25 cl @ Eataly Bologna, BB MAR/2012.

6th June 2010. Bottle at Brasserie 4:20. Pale hazy gold beer. Light soft palate. Light lagerish fresh malt and a little lemon citrus. Ok but that’s about it!

UPDATED: FEB 19, 2011 Bottle from Bullit. Strong sweet spicy aroma. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Complex light spicy flavour. Sweet aftertaste. Interesting. Comes in nice bottle

A hazed lifeless dark golden wit with no head. Faint banana and cloves in aroma, with light fruity esters. In mouth, a light wit with light fruity silky malt, light bananas and strawberries, lingering sweetness, watery and boring. Bieropholie import, BB Jan 2012.

Aroma: pear/cidery with a hint of bandaid. Appearance: cloudy orange with a tiny head that dissipates quickly. Flavour: pear and plastic with some hop. Palate: thin with a slightly sharp hop aftertaste.

The aroma is sweet with notes of yeast and corriander. The color is an unclear light yellow and it has a fine but disappearing head. The flavor is sweet with dominating notes of wheat and corriander - just like a witbier should taste. It ends on a dry wheaty note. The body is quite thin. Admited I'm not a witbier lover - but also far from not liking it - so I wonder why my marks are so far of from the previous raters.

Bottle shipped direct. Cloudy dirty dark yellow with a light head. Dusty banana scent - faint like the dust in a kids discarded bag of marshmallow bananas. Dirty palate. Flavour is lemon, light banana and toast. No excitement on any level as expected for the style. Lemon followed by powdered banana. Lasting sour lemon. Does gain a bit through the bottle with some grassy notes.
