COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lune: la birra che Teo ha dedicato ai grandi vini bianchi. Messa a maturare nelle botti di Cantina Baladin che hanno ospitato questi blasonati frutti di vigneti italiani è prodotta con orzo e farro completamente italiani. Si diversifica, pur nel contesto della stessa produzione, grazie al differente apporto aromatico dato dalle botti stesse, rilasciato proprio dai vini che prima vi albergavano.

Primo assaggio di una birra non ancora matura. Devo dire che mi piacciono molto queste produzioni così delicate per un barley wine, i 12 gradi non si sentono per nulla. Birra ancora giovane, 2 punti in più sulla fiducia.

Bevuta a Selezione Birra 2011, Rimini, mentre era ancora in affinamento. Mi sembra prometta meglio della sorella "terre", sembra quasi uno sciacchetrà
