Clear medium yellow- red orange (pink) color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white with pink notes head. Aroma is moderate cherry, moderate yeasty, horse blanket, soap, pepper. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet,light acidic and bitter with a average to long duration, cherry, grainy, saison alike. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20110409]

An unclear orange-red beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of cherries, brettanomyces, and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of vinegar, cherries, dusty hops, and straw, leading to a dry and tart finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity, brett and slight leathery. Dry cherry and brett flavoured, light sweetness. Funky and subdued fruity finish.

Bottled@Yespr’s blindtasting. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is quite sour, mild farmyard, some yeastyness and also mild cherry pips. Flavour is a bunch of spices, some tartness, mild grassy and earthy notes as well. Crisp carbonation.

Bottled. Cloudy amber. Aroma of cinnamon and cherry. Dryish, lively and spicy with light, sparkling mouthfeel. Flavours are discrete but pleasant, and it isn’t the mindblowing, extrovert beer the fantastic bottle makes you believe it is, wherefore I believe it is easy to overlook the qualities of this beer.

Thank you, yespr. Fruity aroma, seems unclean, perhaps just bretty. Cloudy pink/amber colour. The flavour is sweetish, a bit fruit juicy, hint of acid, but not enough to balance sweetness. Also a little funky note. Isotonic mouthfeel.

Cloudy orange color. Yeasty aroma, a bit sour. Some residual sweetness, too much carbonation. Ends quite thin and dry. Poor fruit character.
