In bottiglia da 75. Schiumona appena versata poi poco persistente.

Boutip (4775) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 1, 2011
Bottle: Poured a clear light amber color ale with a super large pure white frothy head with great retention and some excellent lacing. Aroma of floral notes with loads of honey. Taste is also dominated by floral notes with distinctive honey without being overly sweet. Body is quite light with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Honey taste is probably a tad too much for me but interesting mix nonetheless.

rodenbach99 (3183) - Longueuil, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 30, 2011

I didnt get this beer. It was just a mish mash of weird flavors. It was like a glass of vegetable soup, mixed with some light honey notes. It was weird, and i didnt even fnish my sample.

DesEsseintes (18) - ITALY - AUG 19, 2010
Now, this is a brew which doesn’t obviously do for me: excessive sweetness and honey, terribly unbalanced; the nose is pretty good but not inviting, in the mouth sweetness prevails and for the body it is nearly impossible to swallow this, just like "drinking" a spoon of alcoholic honey. If Musso wanted to make the Italian Bloemenbier, then he succeeded.

Bottle. Pours an unclear amber beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is malt, sweetness, yeast and some flowers. The flavor follows the nose with some additional flowers and honey. The palate is sweet. Overall a good beer.

marcot (771) - Campomorone, ITALY - JUN 18, 2010
