Va bene..fatta solo con roba italiana...ma non è all’altezza delle altre di baladin. Troppo amara in ingresso e nel finale, con una struttura non molto definita. Limone ed arancia nell’aroma, ed un finale amaro ed acidulo.

Banana, peach, celery and some notes of honey in the aroma, more ginger, peach, nectarine and perfume, and hints of honey in taste. We just had the Balandin Open Riserva and I think this one has a lighter body.

A gusher. Golden hazy, white head. Smells of spices, clove, yeast esters, malts. Moderate sweet, very fruity, yeast esters all over the plice. Nice malts, moderate bitter finish. Nice beer; typical Baladin aromas and flavors. Not sure if i need to try more Baladin beers now; it seems like they all taste the same to me

Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is smooth fruity and crisp hoppy. Bitter, grassy and hoppy. Light phenolic and toasted malty. Fruity finish.

All’apertura della bottiglia un pò di gushing, poi schiuma presente ma non molto persistente, all’olfatto è molto evidente il pepato e speziato del lievito seguito da un tocco floreale luppolato. In bocca ritroviamo le stesse sensazione cun un finala amaro piuttosto lungo e spezie ben in evidenza.

Cloudy bond color with creamy white head, persistent. Mild aroma, some spicy malt and fruity hop, apricots. The mouthfeel is quite astringent because of the high yeast presence; spicy malt flavor, very Belgian, with a moderately sweet and fruity final.
Yeasty and spicy Ale.

Dorée, col beige moyen et onctueux.
Arôme présente un bouquet belge agréable rappelant presque une bière d’abbaye, le tout est fleuri et houblonné, fruité léger entre citronné et ester.
Palais houblonné fleurie t amer avec un beau profile houblonné, ce dernier reste présent ajoutant un côté herbacé avec un petit résiduel doux belge et un rappel à des feuilles de thé.
Le chemin est loin derrière des italiennes mal balancées, ici, on retrouve u bel exemple de style belge avec un petit qcq chose en plus, légère et facile à boire.

Bedankt Sebletitje. 75 cl. Italiaanse stijl fles gedeeld met Belgbeergeek & Sebletitje @ Belgian Ratebeer Winter Gathering of Ultimate Evil. Helder gouden met een redelijke, stabiele witte kraag. Ruikt naar zoete tarwe, redelijk veel yoghurt, Stille Nacht stijl, heel zoete kruiden, wit brood, kruiden en veel BE gist, overal redelijk Belgisch qua stijl, Italianen zijn de enige land buiten België uiteraard die bij mijn weten Belgische stijl bieren kunnen maken. Redelijk veel yoghurt in de smaak, tarwe, zoete kruiden, wit brood, veel BE gist, stro en lichte bloemen. Veel gist in de structuur eveneens. Geen slecht Belgisch bier ondanks de volledig Italiaanse ingrediënten en de stijl beschrijving op RB. Maar bij de vermoedelijke prijspunt van dit ben ik veel minder geneigd om hiernaartoe te migreren eerlijk gezegd.

Dinner companion at Baladin Beermaker’s Dinner @ Gaasa, Oslo. Pours a hazy, near-murky honey-hued body with a big, creamy white head. Aroma is sweet grains, wheat and fruity bubble gum notes. Taste is dry herbal tones, hints of straw, bubble gum and some yeasty hints. Medium body, dry finish. Very tasty and goes excellent with my dinner course.
