75cl bottle, lot#L027/120, BB 03/2014.

bottle at mondial 2014, mtl. pours cloudy pale golden-greyish with a small off-white cap, some retention and lacing. belgian yeast - spicy and fruity esters-plenty, dusty too, very peppery, fruitiness - dusty oranges, sweetened apricots, apple juice concentrate, citrus, pale spicy cereals - hint of sweetness - honey. lively to average carbonation, light body - some texture, drying and lightly astringent herbal-grassy-spicy-peppery finish. interesting and quite nice italian-belgian ale.

Vignale (1975) - Malmö, SWEDEN - JUN 18, 2014
Flasks från SB. Gyllen färgad, stort vitt skum. En blond i belgisk stil med jästkaraktär, lätt fruktig, frisk, örtig, lätt kryddig, lite vitpeppar. lätt beska, stor drickbarhet, frisk, relativt torr, mycket kolsyra. Fin smakbild, ganska lätta men välbalserade smaker. Riktigt fint sommaröl.

Birthday present from Martin, thanks! Hazy yellow with a frothy white head. Belgian yeast, fruit and some malt in aroma. Fruity, peppery, yeasty, herbal bitter taste. Medium body, high carbonation, dry crisp mouth feel. Dry bitter herbal after taste.
Really nice!

Tap at Baladin in Milan. Pours light golden, small foam that disappears fast. Aroma is thick with malts, maybe some herbal hops - just a bit if any. Deep maltiness fills my nostrils. Taste is light bitter. Malty and lager-like, reminds me imperial pils. Overall, not bad at all - but I wouldn’t be able to drink a lot of this.
