Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, moderate hoppy, citrus, light to moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110609]

Colore dorato con leggera schiuma bianca. L’aroma è decisamente hoppy, dove il nostro Nelson Sauvin neozelandese dona una meravigliosa freschezza e intensità alle nostre narici. Anche in bocca è fresca, delicata, floreale con buon finale secco e amarognolo. Mi garba...

Alla spina al Le Baladin di Piozzo (CN); una nuova proposta molto interessante. Non ho mai assaggiato la loro blonde ma la immagino simile, con un luppolo meno caratteristico. Questo Nelson Sauvin è agrumato, dà un sapore davvero particolare. Ottima
