A damn fine beer, I would drink it until my liver gave way. Nothing offensive at all, just beer bliss. Would get again fo sho. The best offering ive had from this brewery yet.

2005 vintage tasted at Flossmoor Station’s 2011 Pre-DLD party, from a 750mL bottle purchased at West Lakeview Liquors, shared amongst many. Pours cloudy orange with a thick, bubbly, white head that slowly recedes to thin, even lace. The nose is tart and sour with gooseberry, lemon, kumquat, red berry, white peppercorn, and some light bread malt. The flavor is lemon, tart gooseberry, kumquat, mango, white peppercorn, and orange. The body is light with lively carbonation, and a long tart lemon, gooseberry, and white peppercorn finish.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of dusty hops and straw. The flavor is sweet with odd spices, malt and dusty hops.

Hazy yellow/golden pour orange tint light white head ... aroma of herbal myrrh and peppery with a slight sour fruit but mostly peppery .... tastes of sour and sweet fruits, and bitter myrrh, peppery and a little malty with a grainy with a dry finish ... wish it was more sour, mostly tasted a peppery and spicy myrrh, still a good sipping beer

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy aroma with some sour hints. Fruity malty sour citric flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus finish with sour hints.

[ Trade by GAManiac ]. Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate horse blanket, leather, ceder, citrus, pear, pepper, tart fruit - citrus - grape. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110409]

Bottle at Jan & Charlottes tasting, Ulfborg, Denmark 09.04.11 cheers Jan & Charlotte I notice that Mads gets urine and piss on the nose, I get wet sweaty leather, much like if I took my watch strap off after a hot day and sniffed the inside of it. The flavour is a bit tame, soft carbonation, some lemon but not that great really. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

Bottle @ J & C’s, Ulfborg. Thanks. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Tart and fruity nose. Lime and lemon, leather, pear and cedar. Aroma has notes of urin and piss. Lively carbonation. Ends dry. Gets better while drinking . .

Bottle. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. The aroma is quite peppery with notes of acid, grapes, citrus and grape fruit. The flavour is citrus, yeast, acid, wine barrels, brett and light spices. Quite good.
