On draught at Ava Gene’s. Copper color. Aroma of grain and herbs. Taste is wonderful, with notes of ginger, herbs, grain, and light spice. Unlike any beer I have had.

Birra particolare, fatta con mirra e zenzero e quindi notevolmente speziata. Risulta cmq mielosa sia al naso che al gusto. Troppo dolcina, stancante.

75cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a fast diminishing head. Aroma is sweet, soap, myra,apple. Flavour is sweet, spicy, again myra. Good beer but for tasting.

Tap. Pours clear amber with a medium off-white head and some lacing. Aroma is quite spicy with ginger, floral and herbal notes. Not sure what the heck Myrrh smells like, but that is probably in there too. Flavor is the same, lightly sweet with just a touch of bitterness. Very floral and herbal. Medium body, bit of an offputting aftertaste.

Cloudy golden coloured body with a nice white head that fades fast and leaves almost no lace. Aroma of alcohol, yeast, wheat, honey, curacao and light spices. Medium to Full-bodied; Nice strong wheat and sweet flavours with an alcohol overture and some light oaky and tannic tastes. Aftertaste has some mild sugars, a touch of yeast and mostly malty and spicey flavours. Overall, a good beer - neat for Italy and the best of the country so far! I sampled this 75 cL bottle purchased from A Tutta Birra in Milan, Italy on 12-November-2009 for €10,00 sampled later in the day in Milan.

Draft at Epcot. Poured a clear deep gold body with an average sized frothy mostly white head. Aroma of honey, fresh dough, slight nutts. Good body with an average mouthfeel and average carbonation, finishes full. Flavor is sweet honey over hearty grainy bread and a touch of nutts. Decent stuff.

Caramel, malt, sticky, delicious. Heavy on the palates the malt lasts through the after taste.

Aroma had hints of caramel and banana. Deep honey color a vit hazy. Not much in head retention. The palate was not to thin. Taste was clean with hints of caramel and extremly ckean finish overall very balanced ale.

Un pò troppo dolciastra per i miei gusti, comunque apprezzabile.
Corpo robusto per via dell’alcol abbastanza alto...

Golden with a white head - some malts in the aroma - good malt body with some spicy notes in a nice way - Lingering spicy finish - This was nice and interessting
