3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20 Heteloto (1) - The Sea, - DEC 10, 2011 does not count
Draught.
Poured a hazy copper color with an inch of white head.
Strong yeast aroma with hints of champagne grapes and citrus.
Light and effervescent.
Flavors of citrus and grape with herbal tea followed by a light myrrh finish that began to grow as I drank.
Once my palate was fully covered the herbal myrrh flavor became stronger and lingered longer.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 dbarnold (574) - Bethesda, Maryland, USA - DEC 7, 2011
Weird stuff, almost like dry white champagne with a TON of yeast in it. The taste is very light and crisp, with a lot of pear flavor, and some apple. It’s sweet in flavor, but not sugary. Very different from what I usually drink, so I found it interesting, but not amazing.

Draught at a bar in Rome. Greyish orange with a medium white head. Strong herbal aroma of lavender and tea leaves. Medium sweet flavor, herbal and peppery aromatic finish giving it a light but harsh bitterness.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 tommann (1223) - Dudley, West Midlands, ENGLAND - OCT 24, 2011
750ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy orange with no head at all. Aroma is spicy, bit of corn. Like a spicy, strong lager. Taste has some ginger to start, banana, Euro lager finish. Spicy apple. Think it could do with more booze to give it some oomph.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 bluebetty (820) - AUSTRALIA - OCT 17, 2011
Bottle. Pours a hazy straw colour with a rocky white head. Initally huge yeast aromas dominated by bananas. Dies away a little as it warms to leabe some fairly typical wit type aromas of wheat and floral spice. Slight citrus sourness. Taste is somewhat subdued. Slightly fruity bready yeast and just a hint of spice. Dry spicy finish. Medium mouthfeel. OK
