Something different... looks and tastes a bit like a cider to me. Nice crisp light golden pour with a frothy white head. Strong sugary apple notes and a bit of funk to the aroma as well. Taste is dry and somewhat crisp, with some sourness prevalent. If this one was billed as a sour, I wouldn’t have minded it, but I didn’t care much for the sour bite given what I expected. Good beer, not great. And like I said at the top - it’s something different.

Cloudy golden ale with small bubbly white head. Mild aroma of banana and a bit of funk. Also notes of red apples and a touch of apricot. Flavor is bright and bubbly initially. Crispy sweet apple flavors and a subdued banana note. Red apple peel flavor lingers after each sip. I prefered the sour edition I believe, but can’t find my notes on it unfortunately. Another good showing for the up and coming Italians.

This was a different and very enjoyable beer. Pours orange with a patchy white head. The aroma is very perfumy and powdery with ginger and many other spices - very smooth aroma. Medium / thin body that’s fairly crisp with tight carbonation. The flavor starts very spiced, but it is gentle spices, unlike the normal sharp spices in most beers. The taste is much like the aroma with crispness and is very refreshing with citric lemon / orange. The finish is lightly powdery. Nice, unique and interesting.

This beer almost defies classification. Good head that deflates quickly, rich if murky color, and HUGE chunks of yeast upon pouring. Not much lacing. Some say it is best with food, but I think the opposite: drink this by itself to get the full experience. Not much hop presence, if any. Aromas of rose water, nutmeg, and feminine musk. A bit like sniffing panties while drinking beer.

So, this is kind of strange. Needs hops! Taste is slightly sour, artificially sweet, spicy. Aroma is spicy but not overwhelmingly so, but it’s kind of nice. Eminently drinkable, artificially sweet. Finish is just too sweet and kind of fades away in an unremarkable way.

cloudy whit-like an bubbly with a huge head. Dusty grainy spiced smell. Bitter dusty taste, slight caramel. Spikey moderate mouth feel. Not an everday beer but good.

750 ml bottle. A hazy blonde near amber beer with a rich and persistent white head. Strange and peculiar aroma with spicy (ginger, pepper) and fruity (overall oranges) notes. There is also something I can’t explain, similar to wheat and probably the kamut. Unusual flavours too, spicy and fruity (peaches, citric fruits) with almost no traces of hop. Light to medium body, juicy. soft carbonation, long sweet finish and alcohol well hidden. Light bitterness and acidity. Original, interesting and well done.

Bottle. Hazy yellow colour with a medium white head. Aroma adn taste of malts, fruits and spice. Lasting finish. Different but good.
