large yeast scent, deep blonde amber color with a thin head, sour oddly spiced citrus funk, i dont really know what to think of it, medium carbonation, there is not much else left to say kind of bland and sour esp. for $14.99

non mi dispiace per nulla questa Nora, una birra color arancio ruggine, nel bicchiere il cappello di schiuma è ampio e persistente, si notano molti sedimenti. profuma di arancio, ananas, luppolo forse o qualche spezia che non riesco ad afferrare, al palato le note agrumate ritornano, con un finale più amaro, effervescenza media, così come il corpo di questa birra che mi piace di più ogni volta che la bevo.

cloudy whit-like an bubbly with a huge head. Dusty grainy spiced smell. Bitter dusty taste, slight caramel. Spikey moderate mouth feel. Not an everday beer but good.

Thick white head that dissapates very very quickly. A small white lacing remains on the surface, and sides. Lemon and ginger aroma, with a very mild flavor. Just the perfect amount of subtle ginger...which I’ve experienced as overpowering other beers. Almost no noticeable hop character, and no bitterness. Undertand this beer is all about the spices, but a bit of subtle hop aroma might be nice. Clearly unfiltered, and a hazy, murky appearance. Overall, very interesting, and very different....but also enjoyable and refreshing.

Fra flaske på Cardinal i møte med Teo Musso: brygget på Kamut, en egyptisk hvete og med bl.a. kvae fra egyptiske treslag. Inspirert ev midtøstens kryddermarkeder. Nydelig munnfylde men overraskende kort ettersmak.

I brought this beer to the last Heavyweight open house because not too many people rated it. Poured a light orange-brown with a decent off-colored head. At first I was a little sceptical because this bottle had a lot of floaties, but pleasantly surprised. Malts and fruits with a mxture of spiciness.Decent.

From the bottle at home with BBQ food. Cloudy dark orange with a thin off white head. Yeasty spicey aroma. The taste has a really good earthy spicy farmhouse feel. Very enjoyable.

First things first - I think they need to hire a graphic designer to create labels capable of doing the bottle and beer justice. On to the beer: I went in to this completely blind. I’d had and enjoyed Super Baladin, but was not expecting a sour beer from Nora. Immediate tart aroma with some floral complexity. A little thin on the palate, but a very drinkable beer. Seemed a little one-dimensional, but still very tasty. Seems like an energetic little sister to a real mind-blower like Panil Barrique.

Birra dorata con schiuma bianca e cremosa. Al naso vengono messe in risalto le diverse spezie e il malto.Aroma molto piacevole: zenzero, noce moscata,incenso e un accenno di lavanda.Il gusto è leggero con un sapore dolce,piccante, un po’ di pepe,incenso,fruttato leggero con un finale speziato amaro e una nota acida rinfrescante.

dark orange glow with a creamy growing head. Aroma of peaches. Taste has a nice balance of sweet and sour with a mild yeast taste. Some liquorice in the aftertaste. Didn't really get the kamut grain - not sure what it is either. Good alcohol strength, not hidden but not over the top.
