This is truly a unique beer. Either you are going to *really* like it; or you'll dump it, in my opinion. Appearnce: Nora pours a hazy golden with a large white head. The head quickly dissapates. Nose. The aroma is quite interesting. It's a sweet/dry/herbal/floral smell. It almost reminds me of Campari. I can't quite place it, but I like it. Flavor: It's highly carbonated, complex, and well balanced. The use of hops for bitterness is replaced by herbs and this makes a nice change. Highly Recommended. Penso che questa birra abbia un sapore magnifico!

Dark orange and reallycloudy with soft, rich head. Intensely peppery nose, big aprocot aroma. Fruity, yet dry. Very complex with smooth mouthfeel leading to a dry finish. Unusual, interesting, and very much to my liking.

I’m not messing around tonight. Nora’s first and Super is next. You see, I got these two for free. Muddy Peach. Nora’s nose is amazing. It’s mainly dominated by spicy peppers but has some distinct fruity notes of coriander, watermelon, apricots and some ginger. Intensely fruity throughout. Numerous spices: cinnamon and peppers. Peach, dates, apricots, bananas and lemons are well pronounced. No bitterness. Very low hop level. Numerous spices and weird stuff in this brew. I would love to know the ingredient list.

Bottle. High creamy and loasting white head. Hazy orange body. Perrery and fruity aroma. Spicy flavor that I cannot quite figure out. Pepper, oregano and nutmeg. Little hops bitterness. Low carbonation and a long spicy aftertaste. Do not think that I have ever tasted anything like this. Thank you. Interesting.

Bottle @ Italian tasting @ YNWA, Kolding. Pours a nice clear golden with a medium creamy white head, weak lacing. The head diminishes fast. Aroma is complex: honey (is that the myrrh?), lots of herbs (basil peeping through), ashes, roses, ginger and wheat. Lively, but still rather full mouthfeel. Interesting flavour. Dry herbal, violets, heather, roses. Quite dry and very Saison-like. All these spices and herbs are never too much - always well-balanced.

Nice orange color, small white head, highly carbonated apperance, malty, hoppy aroma, slight fruit tone to it as well.Mlaty sweet taste with a slightly fruity, possible orange or lemony apperence, mild spice to it as well.there also appears to be a slight almost acidic feel to this brew,it's not bad, just different. The after taste is fruity mildly sweet with a slight hop bitterness to it and some spice jumps in to give it a very well rounded after taste showing a good complexity for this brew and making it well worth the big bucks it took to aquire it.

Bottle. Mixed aroma of sweet honey, spice and pale malt. Brassy gold color with fine bubbles and a decent white head. Medium body with a mild, creamy carbonation. Flavor is lightly honey, lightly sour, lightly very many things, including ginger. The finish is honey on the edges, sour in the front, and mildly bitter on the edges (of the tongue). There is a strange rosy kind of flavor lurking, could that be myrrh? Great stuff.

UPDATED: APR 15, 2007 Bottle... This beer rocks!... Murky, amber ale with a medium-sized, white, fizzy head. Very good retention. The nose is light, but layered nicely with notes of citrus fruit, pear, light cinnamon, light coriander and red apple. The well-balanced flavor is tart and tangy. The hops are subtle and the alcohol is well-hidden. Medium-bodied with a fizzy, dry mouthfeel. Short, bone-dry finish. World class beer... underrated!

Bottle. Nose is peach, lemon, spice-- all soft; balanced of sweet and sour notes. Unique appearance, opaque pale orange with tons of dark specks of sediment that don’t really move much. Loud crackling with a swirl. Flavor is unlike anything I’ve tasted in a beer. Somewhat dry but tremendously balanced, and very smooth mouthfeel that crackles on the tongue sporadically and unoffensively. The taste is hard to describe. It’s definitely enjoyable, leaning toward the sweet side, vaguely familiar but out of reach. Light alcohol notes in the finish.

Color is a cloudy dark yellow/light orange. Very cloudy. Head is compact and creamy, very nice, almost perfect. Aroma is sweet, very spiced, with honey hints, bread, cereal, banana... Very rich, complex. Taste is fantastic, with great correspondence to aroma: spice, honey, banana, fresh bread and cereal. Very good. The body is full, soft, almost creamy. Finish is rich and sweet, spiced and malty. Outstanding!
