COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

---Rated BY Italianbeer85

Bottle 0.33L. Slightly hazy, golden body with large, frothy, off-white head, mostly lasting with some lacing; high density of small bubbles. Moderate hoppy (orange, citrus) and light-to-moderate malty aroma with light fruity notes (peach). Moderate bitter and light-to-moderate sweet flavour with some acidic character. Light-to-medium body with watery texture; average carbonation.

This golden ale was ok but lacked the complexity of other more superior versions. I should have had this with pizza, probably would have tested better, double damn to hell and back!

330ml bottle at DOC pizza, Melbourne. A satisfactory golden ale with clean bittersweet flavours and good balance of cereal malts and citrussy hops. Well matched to the excellent pizzas served at this restaurant.

Bottle from Licchio, Taormina, bb Feb 2014, L008-009/130
Hazy golden color with medium sized head. A good golden Ale, with an evident cereals character, moderate bitterness and and light residual sweetness.
Atypical, clean, pleasant.

Bottiglia 33cl. Chiara torbidina con schiuma fine piuttosto persistente. Amarognola, note di pompelmo. Beverina ma nn troppo. Discreta. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iFonz
