DRINK’N ROLL ALE
If you say ROLLING STONE, the first thing that comes to mind is Rock’n Roll, big music festivals, Woodstock, the Isle of White Festival, and great bands and artists - from the “Stones” to Richie Havens, Joan Baez, The Who and many more. “Spicy” and gritty musicians, for sure! So here’s a “gritty” version of our Open Baladin: “OPEN ROLLING STONE”, dedicated to these musicians and R&R, and to the world-renowned prestigious magazine that has always represented it. A beer whose freshness and the skillful use of different types of pepper blend with the aromas and bitterness of hops in a “musical” crescendo. A true drink’n roll experience which will certainly attract a host of aficionados. 12EBC, 16.8°

Bottle; pours a cloudy orange gold with a white head; spicy aroma with fruits and malt; taste is fruit, malt, and a bit of pepper; finish is dry with some spiciness; not bad but I like some of their other beers better

Couldn't find those peppers they mentioned. But a very balanced beer, with the ABV hidden on palate.

Equilibrato l’amaro.

Aroma: Rich, bready, medium-light spicy, green pepper corn. Light apples. Appearance: Hazy dark gold body with particulars. Medium white head, good retention. Flavour: Medium, grape stems, Medium green pepper corn, Grainy. Light fruity, apricot. Light warmth from pepper. Medium bitterness. Medium sweetness. Dry finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-full body. Medium-high carbonation, creamy. Overall: As an APA it lacks in hop aromas and flavours. With pepper the prominent flavour and aroma, it is a good beer, but the APA base never shines. 330 ml bottle, poured. Labeled as Rock & Roll 21A. Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer 10A. American Pale Ale
