Open with a blend of pepper.

If you say ROLLING STONE, the first thing that comes to mind is Rock’n Roll, big music festivals, Woodstock, the Isle of White Festival, and great bands and artists - from the “Stones” to Richie Havens, Joan Baez, The Who and many more. “Spicy” and gritty musicians, for sure! So here’s a “gritty” version of our Open Baladin: “OPEN ROLLING STONE”, dedicated to these musicians and R&R, and to the world-renowned prestigious magazine that has always represented it. A beer whose freshness and the skillful use of different types of pepper blend with the aromas and bitterness of hops in a “musical” crescendo. A true drink’n roll experience which will certainly attract a host of aficionados. 12EBC, 16.8°

Assaggio (11 cl) a "Birre in piazza 2014": classica birra in stile baladin, paracula da morire. Aromatica ma esageratamente caramellata. Luppolo assente. Non molto piacevole da bere. Decisamente stomacante.

Butelka 0.33L. złote, klarowne ale z pływającymi zbitymi drobinami drożdży. Piana biała obfita, zbita, ładnie oblepia szkło. Aromat delikatny, słodki, marakuja, ananas, brzoskwinia, lekki mokry karton, siano. W smaku owocowe, estrowe ze sporą goryczką i wyczuwalnym alkoholem. Pieprz pojawia się delikatnie na finiszu lekko gryząc w język. Piwo o lekko oleistej fakturze i średni perlistym wysyceniu. Ciało średnie. Ciekawe ale nie porywa. Goryczka lekko drażniąca, jakby zbytnio alkoholowa. Może pieprz potęguje to wrażenie.
