250ml bottle. Pours a murky gold with a large head. Aroma is earthy, grassy hops, touch of banana and cooked veg. Taste is mostly cooked veg. A bit earthy in the finish, maybe a hint of hops. Fresh in at the shop that day, so fuck knows if it’s poorly made or stuck with distro. American beers get to the country fresh so no reason why an Italian beer can’t.

Bottle thanks to hoppypocket. Light hazy gold pour, white head and medium lacing. Aroma: Lots of cooked veggies, earth, old grain some alcohol. Very brash. Taste is musty grain, again very earthy. Just doesn’t feel very refined. Definitly bad.

Tiny 25cl bottle from Beerhouse. Served into a snifter. Pours a cloudy but bright sunrise orange, two fingers of white head, very nice lace retention. I don’t know how old this bottle is, but I don’t sniff a lot of hops at all. Light malt presence, small yeast smell as well. Moderate bitterness in the mouth, soft to medium carbonation, kind of watery texture. Honestly this doesn’t taste like a tipycal IPA to me, I would have loved a little bit more body and hops presence. Still nice tho.

Bottle at le mondiale 2011. Big resinous hop aroma. Quite pungent with a strng cereal maltiness. More of a cranked up english pale ale with high alpha hops. The hops fade and the biscuity malts come through in the finish.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Hoppy resin aroma. Rich golden amber colour, good head, lot of sediment. Strong hop, resin, alcohol flavour. Lingering alcohol aftertaste. Nice bottle. Slightly too strong on the alcohol flavour. Otherwise very good.

Hazy yellow color. Smell is nice with hops and fruits, but the taste is a bummer. It’s not bad but it’s way too sweet. Doesn’t taste like an IPA.

This beer scored a bit above average. To me it could use more bitterness, bit more fruitiness. Not saying it’s bad though. It’s a little bit dull for an IPA.
