75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is crisp apple fruity and slight barnyard. Citrusy, crisp apple and juicy sweet flavoured. Smooth, slight sulphorish touch into a sweet and crisp apple juicy finish.

Smelled and tasted primarily like apple juice with a touch of tartness. Certainly nothing wrong with it, but not a particularly strong or remarkable cider.

Nice medium yellow coloured cider, clear, no partikles. Has a white head, mostly diminishing. I’m back to grandmoms apple-pie. So much apples.

75 cl. bottle. Clear yellow colour with fine head. Dry and sweet and yeast flavour. Perfect balance.

75 cl bottle. Clear yellow with small mostly diminishing white head. Flavour is appels, sweet, tart, dry and a little acid.

Bottle. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are tart apples, alcohol and sugar. Nice cider.

Bottle. Yellow colour. Powerfull nice apple aroma. Moderate apple flavor. Medium dry and light swet. Average finish. Oily palate. Not so many barnyard notes bur nice.

Pors hazy darkish golden with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma has notes of cheese, but also fine fresh green apples and fairly zesty. Medium carbonation, light and elegant mouthfeel. Flavour is soft, fresh, green apples, light tartness and a hint of dryness. Some sweetness and a slight honey touch.

Cloudy golden with a medium off white head. Sweet aroma with apples and yeast. Flavour had sweet apples and yeasty notes. Fairly dry finish.

In bottiglia a Balla coi Cinghiali 2010; è il secondo sidro che assaggio, il primo fu lo Strongbow tanto amato dagli inglesacci e tra i due non c’è il minimo paragone; colore giallo mela, poca schiuma, molto bilanciato tra il dolce e l’acidulo, mi è piaciuto
