Cuivrée et voilée avec ue mince mousse crémeuse. Nez de caramel, de fruits rouges et de sucre brun. En bouche, un fruité-sucré domine sur une bière assez aqueuse en somme. Bonne bière; pas une découverte.

25cl bottle, 10/05/13, BBE 04/13. Pours dark auburn. Aroma is ethanolic, fruity with dry and sour apple. Taste is sweet with caramel, fruitiness, dried fruit. Light touch of ethanol. Dries up on the finish turning a bit sour with apple. Medium, not much carbonation.

Bottle 25 cl, BBE 09/2014. Pours light amber in color with a thick and creamy off-white head. Dark fruits, nuttyness, sweet brown sugar in aroma. Delicate and sweet, feels very nice. Quite nutty in taste, sweet marzipan, sligthly vinous too. Dry in that matter as well. I do like this, it’s tasty and easy to drink and the nuttyness seems to fit in here just about right. There’s even some slight notes of burnt wood in aftertaste. Huge beer in small bottle.

Orange to brown body, offwhite head. Aroma has raisins, cookie dough, toffee, nuts and sweet malt and bit fruity yeast. Flavour is sugary sweet, raisins, some fruits, cola in aftertaste and remarkable alcohol. Quite oily and nicely balanced.

A cervejaria italiana Le Baladin é muito respeitada, mas suas cervejas não estão ente as minhas prediletas. A Super peca pela pouca carbonatação (característica de muitas Baladin que chegam ao Brasil), e pelo adocicado excessivo, que na minha opinião prejudicam seu drinkability.
