COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The masterpiece of the brewery. The beer that mostly encountered the favour among the customers at Le Baladin. Although one wouldn’t believe that, it’s the most alcoholic among all the productions. It originated from an old recipe created toward the end of the ’800 following the style of the belgian abbey beers. Intense aroma of warm flowers, apricot and banana and hints of bitter almond. Agreeable, refreshing and quenching taste of apricot in syrup, almond cake and citrus fruits. Excellent the use of belgian selected hop during the fermentation process. This beer matches perfectly with ripen cheeses, biscuits and almond sweets.

Sample from 75 cl. bottle, Amagerbro Beerfest. Hazy, amber colour with a thin, white head. Sweet aroma with caramel, yeasts and oranges. Taste is sweet. Medium body with an average carbonation and a slick texture. Finishes dry and fruity with caramel and spices. Okay Belgian-styled Ale.

Open bottle. Long lasting head. Opaque. Mild spiced nose. Nicely balanced candi sugar, Belgian yeast, lighter fruits. Bit of a drying quality from hops.

From bottle @ HK’s Øl-messe 7th February 2015. Light malty aroma, fruit - some banana and pineapple I think. Small off-white head, vir. none lasting, clear medium amber colour. Moderate+ sweetness, light bitterness. Medium+ body, oily creamy body, soft carbonation, alcohol sweet finish.

Bottle from Yamaya. Hazy, dark amber with an off-white head. Aroma is really fruity with nice Belgian yeast. Flavour has loads of soft fruit. Really smooth, soft mouthfeel. A nice surprise.

8.45 ounce bottle. Pours a hazy golden amber with a thin beige head that lasts. Taste is of caramel, malt, fruit, wheat, fruit, spice and yeast. Similar aroma. Has a decent body with light spice finish. Easy to drink and enjoyable.

Je n’ai pas détesté mais je n’ai pas été emballé, une bière assez forte avec une arrière bouche peu agréable. Bouteille achetée chez La cave à bulles, Paris, France, bue le 31/05/2012.

Bottle is kinda old. Best before 2015, so this review may be partly the store’s fault. Aroma is kinda wierd. Very yeasty with a toffee-like character to it. No head what so ever. Strong flavor of alcohol and malt with some toffee or caramel-like character to it. Syrupy, some spices. The bitterness balances the sweetness nicely. OK beer but nothing to rave about.

75 cl Teku, drunk dozens of times by now, also on tap. Thought I’ve got this rated already.. XD. Pours a moderate off-white orange/beige head, dark orange to deep amber colour, quite much hazy. Smells all malt, caramel, peach/apricot or orange fruit, lvely yeasts, dried fruits, toffee. Tastes very malty, caramel, orange fruity again, biscuity, sweet spiced, syrupy. Perfectly balanced, lets say medium sweetness, almost minimal hop taste, just there to keep up with the sweet counterpart. Medium bodied, perfect carbonation, extremly drinkable considering especially the ABV%. Super easy-drinking, with a epic balance even though the pronounced sweet notes, never gets annoying or too sweet. For sure one of the best Belgian Strong Italian re-creations, an aweosme beer with a unique drinkability
