COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The masterpiece of the brewery. The beer that mostly encountered the favour among the customers at Le Baladin. Although one wouldn’t believe that, it’s the most alcoholic among all the productions. It originated from an old recipe created toward the end of the ’800 following the style of the belgian abbey beers. Intense aroma of warm flowers, apricot and banana and hints of bitter almond. Agreeable, refreshing and quenching taste of apricot in syrup, almond cake and citrus fruits. Excellent the use of belgian selected hop during the fermentation process. This beer matches perfectly with ripen cheeses, biscuits and almond sweets.

Bottle. Fruity and floral aromas, along with a bit of caramel. Color is sort of apricot and the white head stayed awhile, though it did not lace. Full bodied with fizzy/creamy carbonation. Starts a little citric sour, some light stone fruits, touch of funk. The finish is dry, nigh astringent, with some citrus and a moderate amount of hop bitter. Leaves my mouth rather tingly. It just gets better as time proceeds.

Bottle. Pours a murky bronze with minimal, white head. Lightly sour, funky malt aroma. Flavor begins sweet with molasses and toffee, then there is some Belgian sugar and mild funkiness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lighlty sticky. Finishes with some lingering funky and sweetness, with just the faintest hints of bitterness. Very decent.

Bottle. Poured hazy amber/orange color with a large frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate spicy fruity malty aroma. Light to medium body with a slick texture. Medium balanced flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable complex beer.

Flöska. Deep golden colour with a nice off-white looking head, ok lacing. Sweet fruity caramel alco aroma. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is quite sweet with caramel, fruity, alcohol, breadish maltiness, medium bitterness. Rather too sweet. Thanks Pinball for this brew.
