COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The masterpiece of the brewery. The beer that mostly encountered the favour among the customers at Le Baladin. Although one wouldnít believe that, itís the most alcoholic among all the productions. It originated from an old recipe created toward the end of the í800 following the style of the belgian abbey beers. Intense aroma of warm flowers, apricot and banana and hints of bitter almond. Agreeable, refreshing and quenching taste of apricot in syrup, almond cake and citrus fruits. Excellent the use of belgian selected hop during the fermentation process. This beer matches perfectly with ripen cheeses, biscuits and almond sweets.

Pours an orange amber color and the semll is very reminiscent of a Belgian triple. Very nice citrus. Tastes of sweet fruit. I really liked this one. Second time Iíve had it. We just got it back in the store today actually at Knightly Spirits in Orlando.

Kompleks, mørk aroma med mye malt og rosin. Frisk og søt, kremete i munnen med god balanse og konsentrasjon.

Opaque dark gold, medium white head. Dark fruit and some nuts on the nose. Medium body, delightfully balanced flavour - all is in order. Roasty, nutty notes with more of that dark fruit. Overall - delightful, if a bit overcarbonated.

Bottled. Pours hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of brown sugar, dark fruit notes, a little citrus and marzipan, yest and caramel. Sweet flavor that ends up more dry and slightly bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. A nice Ale.🌟🌟🌟

bottle sample from a tasting backlog notes. Pours a hazy orange amber color with a thin off white head. The aroma and flavor have sweet malts, tart apples, citrus, hint of apricots, slight floral hops, only the lightest bitterness, interesting beer, but not something I would seek out.

The description positions this beer beautifully and so I donít believe I need to add to it. The real triumph was the food match, made by my esteemed company, the writer Geoff Griggs and his wonderful wife Pip. I cooked a slow-roasted lamb shoulder in a ragout of tomato, garlic, cinnamon, olives and ale. I had expect the best match to be an innocuous lager that would cut through the fat of the lamb, but my friends put on this excellent ale whose sweetness set off the savoury of the lamb wonderfully well. A memorable ale for this reason.

Bottle; pours a cloudy caramel color with a tan head; sweet aroma of caramel, fruits, yeast, and bit of malt; taste is sweet with caramel, yeast, fruits, and a touch of syrup; short dry finish with a hint of spice; while the beer is sweet it is not at all over powering and very drinkable; nice Belgian

Mahogany color, cloudy, with floating crumbs. Some sourness in the aroma, wine, wooden barrel, a bit boozy. Taste is bready, fruity, hints of figs (luckily not that intense). Full body, soft carbonation. Sweet dark fruit finish. Not bad.

Bottle. Lots of caramel and toffee. Not much else but quite nice, little fruity. Donít get the belgian thing, maybe the booze.
