UPDATED: JUL 14, 2009 75cl bottle @ Ca De Vin, Millesimo. Pours hazy deep golden with a handsome creamy white head and lacings. Nose has loads of malts. Lots of spices and exotic fruits. Orange peel, pineapple, Yeast, coriander, ginger, caramel, baking powder. Sweet but with a great level of freshness. Full and smooth palate. Ends dry. Nice and well balanced. It works well.

(750ml bottle) Pours a lightly cloudy golden body with a medium-sized white head. Aroma of lemon grass, orange peel, and herbs. Flavor of spicy yeast, malt, citrus, mint leaves, and other herbs. Nice complexity.

Hazy yellow color, small white head. Some coriander, orange and citrus in the nose. Flavor is similar: citrus, coriander and light leafy hops. Very witbier-like, light, brew. Simple.

Bottle, 75cl, courtesy of KimJohansen. A clear, golden beer with a dense, off-white head. The aroma has a lovely herbal peppery touch, with fruityness and some pale malts. Some tropical fruits in syrup. It’s sweet at first, but dries up after a little while, tropical fruits and some sugary maltyness. The peppery touch from the aroma isn’t much evident in the flavor. Slightly warming, full body. Tropical fruits and pepper in the finish. A bit low on bitterness maybe. A nice one indeed, but the pepper should be more evident in the flavor. 100814

Bottle @ You Never Walk Alone, Kolding. Pours a cloudy golden colour with a nice good lasting off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma with oranges and bits of spices. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is dry, bitter and fruity with spices, herbs and some sweetness. Good dry fruity bit spiced bitter finish. Tasty brew indeed.

Bottle i brought with me to an italian resteraunt ... clowdy orange ...zesty spicy citrrus nose ... sharp fruity ... slightly sweetened grapefruit ... little spicyness ... very juicy ... little tart in linger... well balanced and put together.
In contrast with KnutAlbert i found this went great with my Spagetti Carbonara as it wqs sharp and clean enouth to cleanse palate and cut across the food.

Bottle @ YNWA, Kolding. Pours a muddy pale yellow with a medium frothy yellowish head. Flavour is sweet, very spicy, oranges, lemons, melon. Nice mouthfeel. Flavour is very crisp and spicy with a great great balance. A good saison.
