Cloudy yellow. Banana aroma but with footy off-notes. Sweet, watery body with light pedio taste. Slight tartness in the finish.

Draft - served in their lager glass. An unclear dark golden beer with a thin white head - wonder how to get that small a head on a Weizen. The aroma has light notes of wheat and cloves. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat and dusty hops as well as lighter notes of cloves, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Boring.

Beershine (4707) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - SEP 4, 2009
Draft @ brewpub. Pale, bright hazy yellow. White foamy head is pretty long-lasting. Aroma is distinctly rotting fruit, smells like a garbage disposal. Low carbonation, thin palate. Tastes better than it smells. Lots of citrus and the tartness is inoffensive. If it weren’t for the aroma this would not be a bad beer.

Cloudy colour with nice head. Taste of nice fruitness, some banana, some vanilla. Clear finish and smooth taste. Nice wheat beer.

cereal taste, citrus, cloudy surprisingly very refreshing on a hot istanbul night. i suspect some sort of german influence.

Draught at the brewpub: cloudy yellow like a german hefeweissen. Light wheat taste, and slightly heavier lemon taste. Very refreshing and drinkable. So far this is by far the best beer I have had in Istanbul.

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2007 Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy yellow, minimal head. Some light banana up front, then malt sweetness battle with citric acid. Light bodied. Refreshing, but way too lemony.

Draught at the brewery in Istanbul
Muddy blond color. Aroma of wheat, banana. Good body strength, malt flavor, wheat character, sweetness, banana fruitness, drier at the end, spicy; good bitterness for a Weissbier. Well brewed.
