2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle brought back from Aruba by Lyn. Country #111. Pours a pale gold colour with small white head. Aroma was evident as cap was being removed, unusually so for a pale lager, fresh, hoppy, corn and grass. Light bitterness to taste, light body and typically thin texture, average carbonation, with short lasting bitterness to finish.

A perfect beach beer from Aruba. Very refreshing and hint of citrus taste. Nothing special about it. Perfectly refreshing when served cold though.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Got this on Aruba. There is a faint sweet smell with grasses. There is no lacing and the brew is clear the taste is unremarkable.

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Aruba beer. Do a little dance. Make a little love. Get down tonight. The beer comes in this cute little bottle that looks like it should be served on airplanes by those arrogant pricks that fake smile at you and ask if you would like a snack, knowing full well that six peanuts and a shitty processed sugar cookie is only herding you toward numb obedience and an inevitable slow and miserable death. Like I said, small bottle.
Sweet smelling. Adjuncts, corn, cigarettes on the beach, middle age chics acting like they don’t regret that tattoo they got back when they used to maybe be sexy, but now their gunts cover up the ridiculous rhinestones on their bikini bottoms that stopped fitting after they had their third ill-advised child with some GED toting douche bag who rides a motorcycle to Buffalo Wild Wings so he can try and beat his low life middle age peers in bar trivia, where questions like "Chief Suggam Bagadix surrendered his manhood in which battle?" get the night shift crowd all hot and bothered.
I would like to visit Aruba someday.

0.6 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20
250 ml bottle purchased by durwoodx and shared by huhzubendah. Thanks guys! Pours a clear light yellow color with a few tiny bubbles masquerading as head. Active carbonation has bubbles ascending from the base of the glass. Aroma is mild with light citrus, corn and an unpleasant yeasty note. Flavor has several different things happening at once, none of which are positive. Corn, a certain sourness, and a chalky paper-like unpalatable aspect tie it all together. A drain pour.

3.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
You know what? This beer is not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. In fact, it suprised me. Aroma is nothing to speak of a bit of funk and skunk. Taste however is nicely hoppy of Sazz, mouthfeel fuller than I expected and carbonation about perfect. Finish is clean and crisp.

Nice and clear lager. Perfect for the hot sun of Aruba. Easy to drink and no real after taste.

In bottle from store in Aruba .. very light and easy drinking. Nothing special but easy to manage while sitting on the beach.

From long ago. The beer itself was decent for what it was. Would I have it again? No.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Location: 8 oz can my parents brought me from Aruba, 12/29/13
Aroma: The nose is full of sweet malts, corn, hay, and the rest of what you’d guess
Appearance: Pours a clear gold color without much head or lace to it at all
Flavor: Tastes much the same, sweet malts, corn, and boredom, pretty much what you’d expect
Palate: The body is light, it has an average-to-lively carbonation, and a somewhat thin feel
I wasn’t all that impressed by this one, but I wasn’t particularly disappointed either. This beer was basically exactly what I expected it to be.
