The beer has a deep golden color totally clear and transparent, with a bitterness which is soft to the tongue and nose however with an aroma of fresh hops, a short aftertaste and easy on foam. The combination of all feels fresh and smooth to the mouth when cold, perfect for Aruba's hot climate.

Can (in Aruba airport). Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (cereal, grain, husks), with notes of DMS and egg white. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly unclean, husky. Medium body, watery texture, fizzy/lively carbonation. Another wretched tropical lager.

14/IV/2012 - 22cl bottle @ home - BB: 2/V/12 (2012-354) Thanks to Thomas and Annelies for the bottle!

Clear light orange beer, small white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: nasty, rotten hay, pretty skanky, corn syrup. MF: soft carbon, light body. Taste: some citrus, bit hoppy, grains, hay. Aftertaste: slightly bitter, corn sweetness. Terrible, even when chilled in the freezer. Nothing hides the terrible aroma.

Appearance: Very slight haze note with solid gold color , light top.
Nose Sweet pale malt , light mineral hop character , hint of corn.
Flavor/Palate : Quiet decent front , good malts with lighter if not watery finish. Quiet clean, refreshing lager from Aruba.

Can [333ml]. Pours a clear, quite bubbly pale gold with a large diminishing white head. Aroma is sweet and lightly vegetal along with very light grassy hops, grain and hay -- not offensive. Flavour’s better then I expected (though I was expecting the worst) though quite mediocre. Somewhat watery, sweet and corny along with light grassy hops, honey and fruit. Light bodied. I’ve had so many much worse beers then this and though it’s not my thing, it would be easy to drink on a warm day in the right place.

333ml can courtesy of blankboy - thanks, guy!! Clear pale gold, large lasting bright white waxy head. Sweet aroma, clover and garden hose. Taste follows, even sweeter, little harsh. Light body, sweet, decent carbonation .... on a beach, I wouldn’t spurn this.

Bottle courtesy of my parents trip to Aruba. Best by November 4, 2007. Smeller green bottle. Pours golden with a thin but sustained white head. Smells of apples, dry pilsner malt, some sugar, hints of citrus. Tastes slightly tarte with a strong dry pilsner malt base, some sugar and hints of citrus. Palate is slightly watery. Refreshing enough for a hot climate beer.

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for sharing. Golden colour with a grainy-malty nose. The beer starts neutral-grainy, malty-sweetish and a bit more intense than the "Balashi Chill". Malty-grain is dominating the quite watery picture with hints of a malty sweetness. Easy drinkable and very refreshing. Nearly no bitterness in the end. Nice for what it wants to be.

22 cl. bottle shared / thx to Tderoeck – crystal clear golden, smell & taste is lots of sweet corn syrup, skunky, old vegetables, old hay, synthetic hops in aftertaste, old hay, very slightly better in an unimportant way than the Chill version
