COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The beer has a deep golden color totally clear and transparent, with a bitterness which is soft to the tongue and nose however with an aroma of fresh hops, a short aftertaste and easy on foam. The combination of all feels fresh and smooth to the mouth when cold, perfect for Aruba's hot climate.

Clear yellow color, thin white head, medium carbonation. Aroma is light hoppy, some malts. Taste is moderately bitter and a bit sweet, slightly salty, though nice balance. Bit dry palate, but still refreshing. Very decent lager.

This was actually a surprise from the standpoint that it wasn’t disgusting ... and it was actually a hair better than most Dutch exports upon which it’s based. This poured like the Euro pils it is; a big airy head over a corn-starchy aroma. But the flavor is clean and malty-crisp with a fruit syrup finish. Not too bad.

Sampled at an ESBLS tasting by a member who brought it back from Aruba. Might be a new country for me. Very clear light golden which is pretty much what is expected. A thick white head. Some decent carbonation. Some light honey in the nose. This is fairly well hopped for a pale lager. There are European hops that bring some dryness and a hint of spice. This stands up well to its style.

(11.27oz (very exact numbers here, thanks guys!) can best by 1-16-11 thanks to zdk9) clear water-like color with a ring of bubbles. Nose of sweet grain, brown sugar and light raisin. Taste of earth, light grain, decent amount of flavor for the style with a slick finish. Honestly for what it is, not bad!

UPDATED: SEP 24, 2008 Poured a dark golden color with a small, white head that left no lacing on the glass. Aroma of toasted notes, some citrus, and a light grassy hoppiness. Taste was toasted, bready malts, tart citrus, low bitterness, with a sweet, corn finish. Really not horrible, without that corny taste, this would be pretty OK.

Bottle from Springslicker. Bonus appearance point for the absolutely adorable little bottle. Anyway, typical tropical lager. Some mild skunk, some corn, probably tastes better on a boat...

Yellow pour with white head and lace. Lemon, corn, and light malt aroma. Sweet corn, earthy hops and perfume. Thin and fizzy.

Can - brought back from Aruba by Mike B - thanks!. Pours pale yellow with a fizzy white head that dissipates quickly with some lacing. Aroma is grain, cardboard, corn syrup, hay. Flavor is about the same. Pretty much right down the middle of the Pale Lager fairway.

236ml can. Pale body with thin white head. Almost no aroma at all. Flavor is slightly bitter, some kind of sourish (a little hint of apple juice) and a hint of bitterness. Palate is watery. No aftertaste to talk about, just a little metallic feeling. A very typical mainstream lager.

Bottle: Yellow, clear. More husk. Light bran, wheat with a more pleasant malty biscuity note in the nose. Still thin though.
