Our flagship IPA is a well-balanced yet aggressive West Coast IPA that showcases Yakima Valley hops at their finest. Late additions of Simcoe®, Citra®, Ahtanum™, and Mosaic® give this beer its complex citrus, fruity, and floral aroma and flavor. Named for a unique piece of farm equipment that removes hop vines from the trellis during the annual hop harvest, Topcutter IPA delivers loads of hoppiness all year long. - See more at: http://www.balebreaker.com/beer/detail.html?varietyid=1#sthash.4gWdeMkF.dpuf

Orange pour, off-white head. Nose is piney fresh hops, tropical fruits. Taste is resin, pine, sweet, lasting bitter soapy finish.

Can to glass. Bangin’ PNW IPA. Citra is obvious but it’s balanced nicely by the other hops. In fact, everything is well balanced here -- major hop punch but super drinkable and clean. Heard a lot about this beer and it was all that.

Just a wonderful IPA. A little thin bodied given the almost 7% alcohol content. If you like a grapefruit citrus crushable IPA, this thing is wonderful. Does not deviate from the hop heritage. The only issue is the small can this one came in!

Medium copper with a white head. Floral and citrus fruit aroma with a decent sweet undertone. Body is a tad thin for 6.8%. Flavor is full on citrus fruit hop, medium floral notes that just can’t seem to escape the grasp of the citrus, and a solid sweet note that keeps this one grounded. Finish is nicely bitter. A very well brewed IPA in the standard PNW IPA mold. Worthy of a sixer purchase.

Serving: from tap at Place Pigalle. Aroma: moderate pine hop. Appearance: small, creamy, off-white initial head with very good lacing and mostly diminishing longevity. Clear, dark-yellow body. Taste: moderately bitter initial flavor and moderately bitter, nutty finish with average duration. Palate: medium-to-full body, oily texture and soft carbonation. Overall: too bitter for me.

Can at the 7th Tasting in Belgrade-Serbia, thank you luttonm for having brought this one all the way from Seattle. Ciao Matt! Pours an hazy shy golden color, medium white foamy head. Nose: citrusy with a grassy background, flowers, spring field. Mouth: frizzy, round feel of fresh herbal and citrusy notes, bodied. Another gem with fresh and well-selected hops.

12oz can pours orange with just over a finger of head. Nise has nice grassy orange, grapefruit and clementine. Taste is medium high bitterness, low malt sweetness, touch of biscuit, bitter citrus pith, grassy, orange, clementine. Finishes with some malty toast, light malt fruit sweetness, orange slice, grassy bitterness, clementine.

Pours with a big, dense head and big floral hop aroma that is really nice. Goes downhill from here. Flavor is fairly dry, lacks interesting notes, and the hop profile is not interesting. Finishes with a lingering bitterness. Not a fan.
