COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship IPA is a well-balanced yet aggressive West Coast IPA that showcases Yakima Valley hops at their finest. Late additions of Simcoe®, Citra®, Ahtanum™, and Mosaic® give this beer its complex citrus, fruity, and floral aroma and flavor. Named for a unique piece of farm equipment that removes hop vines from the trellis during the annual hop harvest, Topcutter IPA delivers loads of hoppiness all year long. - See more at: http://www.balebreaker.com/beer/detail.html?varietyid=1#sthash.4gWdeMkF.dpuf

Clear deep golden color, moderate white head. Mild citrus, grapefruit, hay, and pale malt aroma. Light bitterness goes very well with the clean, crisp texture and lively carbonation. No alcohol presence in the even lighter bitterness of the finish.

Sampled several times at Boulder IPA Fest. Personal highlight of the entire fest. Clean, floral, citrusy. A superior ipa, perfectly balanced.

Just a really good solid beer. Nice aroma, heavy pine and citrus. Body of an English IPA and slight lingering bitterness. Good. Leave your pretensions at the door.

12oz can picked up at Brewforia Meridan for $2... Pours with a nice 2 finger white head that supplies great sheets of lacing.. the beer is slightly hazed orange. Nose leans toward the tropical fruity hops with some tangerine and grapefruit.... a fair amount of residual maltiness seems out of lace and carries too much caramel malt. The caramel malts now carry something that I automatically associate with diacetyle... a bit butter/slick for sure... good bitterness and flavor hops help this brew out, but I cannot get past the malty messiness. Body is light with a light/medium carbonation... still pretty drinkable despite my above negatives.... just needs some work.

On tap. Pours a nice clear gold. Thin dense head, laces well. Nice hop nose, grass, critus, some floral. Strong dry citrus hop attack, very clean long bitter finish. Good beer.

Thanks for the can Julie P! Poured a good head with a great aroma of pineapple, peaches and citrus fruits. The Topcutter has a golden orange hue. Taste is well balanced yet assertive. A sinister IPA with smooth body and satisfying finish. I can’t wait to try the other brews the BBBC makes and hopefully they concoct a Double IPA! Just when you think Wa beer can’t get any better the underdogs from E-Wa cut your top off and show you who’s boss! BOSS!

This is the perfect example of a west coast IPA from the hop capital of the world. I’ve never experienced an aroma as fragrant and well maintained from a production brewery. The bitterness hits you right where you want it too. Bravo, Bale Breaker!

Great complex aroma straight outta the gate. Pine, grapefruit, lemon peel, and some very distinct guava, lychee, and unripe blueberry aromas. Pours a slightly hazy deep golden leaning toward amber, good head and lacing. Medium caramel sweetness and a well balanced bitterness make this an excellent ipa. Alcohol is tame and it finishes quite dry. The malt gives off a touch of caramel sweetness and a bit of cracker-like dryness. Very good.

Poured from can a golden orange with creamy head. Hop forward aroma with grassy, citrusy notes as well. Amazingly balanced hop flavor. Slight malt hints with a great citrusy taste. No lingering bitter after taste. Great refreshing IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
