COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship IPA is a well-balanced yet aggressive West Coast IPA that showcases Yakima Valley hops at their finest. Late additions of Simcoe®, Citra®, Ahtanum™, and Mosaic® give this beer its complex citrus, fruity, and floral aroma and flavor. Named for a unique piece of farm equipment that removes hop vines from the trellis during the annual hop harvest, Topcutter IPA delivers loads of hoppiness all year long. - See more at: http://www.balebreaker.com/beer/detail.html?varietyid=1#sthash.4gWdeMkF.dpuf

From 12oz can to shaker. Pour is a nice golden yellow with a thick foamy white head. Nose is aggressive hops, citrus, fruity, piney. Taste is bitter, medium bodied. Finishes super crisp and clean. Really nice west coast IPA here ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at home from the kegerator. Nice grassy, hoppy aroma. Good lacing, and definitely a bitter and hoppy taste as one would expect. A very solid and tasty IPA with plenty of hops from the heart of hop country.

Can, RBAG 2014 prelim. Very hazy amber gold, average off white head. Tropical fruit and light pine, medium-sweetness caramel malts, long bitterness. $1.00 per can? Holy shit!

Can at Mike’s house.

Big aggressive IPA, tons of grapefruit and pith, some resin. Enjoyable but the Field 41 APA that preceded it was better at only 2/3 the alcohol.

Can. Glad I have a whole six pack of this, because this is some good stuff. Grassy, piney flavor and aroma. Fresh hop flavor with a mild bitter, dry finish. This IPA has a drink all day taste to it. Very well done.

Can from LetsPour.com. Pours light amber with a transient white head. Aroma is a mix of floral/fruit. Maybe citrus. Med + body. Flavor is very "mosaic" with floral/melon/fruit. Arguably some of the harshness is citrus. Harsh? Yes, lots of hop. This is very NW, except it’s not all pine and/or citrus. Definite hop burn. Really good.
