COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship IPA is a well-balanced yet aggressive West Coast IPA that showcases Yakima Valley hops at their finest. Late additions of Simcoe®, Citra®, Ahtanum™, and Mosaic® give this beer its complex citrus, fruity, and floral aroma and flavor. Named for a unique piece of farm equipment that removes hop vines from the trellis during the annual hop harvest, Topcutter IPA delivers loads of hoppiness all year long. - See more at: http://www.balebreaker.com/beer/detail.html?varietyid=1#sthash.4gWdeMkF.dpuf

Crisp and clean IPA. Hop forward with a smooth finish. Drinks easier than the alcohol content implies. A personal favorite.

This is the perfect example of a west coast IPA from the hop capital of the world. I’ve never experienced an aroma as fragrant and well maintained from a production brewery. The bitterness hits you right where you want it too. Bravo, Bale Breaker!

12oz can. This is a great looking golden colored IPA. As advertised its a very complex citrusy tasting beer that really does taste like it was just freshly brewed. Highly recommend!

UPDATED: FEB 16, 2016 Cloudy in appearance. Golden orange in color. Head is off white. Lacing is spuratic. The aroma seems to have a sweetness to it. The hops smell fresh. This beer has a perfect blend of hops. This is very refreshing. It has a long drawn out finish. Oily texture with medium carbonation. This is my new sessionable beer. The more i drink this the more i love it. It deserves a little better score!

UPDATED: MAY 24, 2013 On tap at O’Malley’s in Rathdrum, ID. Pours almost clear old gold with a medium off-white head with decent retention; leaves sheeting lace. Aroma is catty, piney, very hoppy. Taste starts out sweet before quickly turning bitter and lingering through a long finish. Bit of an alcohol burn. Super good IPA.
