Our flagship IPA is a well-balanced yet aggressive West Coast IPA that showcases Yakima Valley hops at their finest. Late additions of Simcoe®, Citra®, Ahtanum™, and Mosaic® give this beer its complex citrus, fruity, and floral aroma and flavor. Named for a unique piece of farm equipment that removes hop vines from the trellis during the annual hop harvest, Topcutter IPA delivers loads of hoppiness all year long. - See more at: http://www.balebreaker.com/beer/detail.html?varietyid=1#sthash.4gWdeMkF.dpuf

12oz can picked up at Brewforia Meridan for $2... Pours with a nice 2 finger white head that supplies great sheets of lacing.. the beer is slightly hazed orange. Nose leans toward the tropical fruity hops with some tangerine and grapefruit.... a fair amount of residual maltiness seems out of lace and carries too much caramel malt. The caramel malts now carry something that I automatically associate with diacetyle... a bit butter/slick for sure... good bitterness and flavor hops help this brew out, but I cannot get past the malty messiness. Body is light with a light/medium carbonation... still pretty drinkable despite my above negatives.... just needs some work.

Pours golden yellow with a stable white head. The aroma is floral and citrus with a subtle malt. Flavor is malt, citrus and subtle spice. Finishing crisp with a refreshing hop bite. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Orange gold. Subdued nose of bitter citrus and slightly dank hops. Bitter pine and orange citrus. Solid and just what you’d expect.

This is a great find from a supermarket in Spokane. Dare I say that this almost tastes like Grapefruit Scuplin? I’m sure a side by side might dispel that, but this is really a nice blast of citrus with a super clean finish. I got lucky. I’m not the type that whips out the phone to scope a beer in the supermarket before I buy it. I figured luck of the gamble in a random city for work. Great stuff.

Orange pour, off-white head. Nose is piney fresh hops, tropical fruits. Taste is resin, pine, sweet, lasting bitter soapy finish.

Can to glass. Bangin’ PNW IPA. Citra is obvious but it’s balanced nicely by the other hops. In fact, everything is well balanced here -- major hop punch but super drinkable and clean. Heard a lot about this beer and it was all that.

Just a wonderful IPA. A little thin bodied given the almost 7% alcohol content. If you like a grapefruit citrus crushable IPA, this thing is wonderful. Does not deviate from the hop heritage. The only issue is the small can this one came in!

Medium copper with a white head. Floral and citrus fruit aroma with a decent sweet undertone. Body is a tad thin for 6.8%. Flavor is full on citrus fruit hop, medium floral notes that just can’t seem to escape the grasp of the citrus, and a solid sweet note that keeps this one grounded. Finish is nicely bitter. A very well brewed IPA in the standard PNW IPA mold. Worthy of a sixer purchase.

12 oz can. Clear orange with a clingy white head. Nose is mango, dough, toffee and light pine. Medium body with a buzz and a resiny finish. Taste is melon, pine and grapefruit pith.
