COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed for and only available at "The Bended Elbow", Ballarat. Ballarat Gold is a rich, malty ale produced with Pale and Munich malts produced here in Ballarat. It is an golden amber colour with malty / biscuity characters in the aroma and palate. This beer is made with North American hop varieties and has a citrus aroma. It finishes with soft bitterness balancing the malty palate.

Clear golden colour. Sweet malty aroma with cascade citrus character. A little too sweet on the palate. Slightly cloying finish limits the sessionability of this beer.
