I had this on tap at the brewery’s 10th anniversary celebration. This is a dark amber pour with some maltiness. Not a big beer, but tasty. Stong roasty aroma with malts and a little chocolate. Rich roasted malt/chocolate flavors. Finish is malty and bitter. goldtwins (3747), Nesconset, New York, USA Feb 5, 2007 Tap at the brew store. Clear amber color with a large beige head. Caramel and toffee notes in the aroma. The flavor was malty with some nutty notes.Citrusy hop finish. Similar flavor. Nice and smooth. Maybe one of my favorite of the style.
