3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pour from bottle. Gently-opaque translucent honey-amber, moderate lacing. Aroma a minty pine hoppiness with grapefruit subtleties, fairly floral all together. Taste a bit more juicy citrus with the mint-pine cutting through. Low malt flavor, but still refreshing. Would buy again.

Very hoppy/resinous taste with a piney finish. Very different from the infamous scuplin!

2.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
355 ml bottle, from Fakta Hirtshals. BB date is hard to read, but probably 25.03.2014. Slightly hazy deep golden to amber colour, moderate to low head, slightly off-white. Strong and unpleasant aroma of stale orange marmalade and rotting fruits and vegetables. Distinctly hoppy and resinous flavour, better than the aroma, not too sweet, with a solid bitterness in the finish.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear golden with a thick white head. Aroma is grapefruit hops with just a hint of pine. Flavor is grapefruit again with a bit of dry pine hops in the finish. Very drinkable, and quite good with spicy food. Brings out the natural fruitiness. Could use a touch more malt to round out the body, it’s just a bit thin.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured from the bottle into a snifter. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with a small white head. Aroma is comprised of pine, citrus, resin, and floral notes. Taste has a nice balance of all the aromas. Dry on the end without being overly bitter, medium bodied beer with a moderate amount of carbonation and a sticky mouth feel. Thoroughly enjoyed this one.
