COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
If you have fallen for the IPA style like we have, Big Eye will be a welcome addition to your repertoire. You’ll revel in Big Eye’s bitter, hoppy flavor thanks to the American Columbus and Centennial hops that are used to flavor and dry hop our flagship IPA. We thank our hops every day that the English loved their bitters—or else the IPA style may not have been born to help the beer survive the journey from Cape Hope to India back in the 18th century.

Can sample at Beer&Beyond, Tel Aviv. Clear golden with medium beige head. Piney aroma with notes of caramel, malty and a bit skunky. The flavor has medium hoppy bitterness, notes of citrus, piney and grassy, notes of caramel, light sweetness, lingering bitterness in the finish. Soft carbonation, medium-bodied.

Can from Brewdog.com. Pours clear amber with caramel cream coloured head. Big bitter aroma. Taste is a big brash high-IBU hop bomb with plenty of resin. A bit too much perhaps.

Floral and grassy hops in the aroma. Taste is very balanced, sweet at first but the hops kicks hard at the end and continue to linger in the aftertaste. Medium body with creamy head. Really nice floral and resiny IPA.

Bottle. BB12.2015.Pours hazy orange with yellowish head. Aroma is sweetish, i affraid that the hops are already dead, caramel, rotten fruits, apricot. Taste is actually good still, medium bitter, grapefruit, kind of creamy, malty, pine. edium body. Good beer. Bitter grapefruity finish.

big pinecone bitterness has wafted from the can, amber body with creamy white head, smooth and quite floral without a ridiculously dry finish, just right i think. well done
