Bomber. Deep brown color with some reddish highlights and a thin tan head on top. The aroma is rather chocolaty; ash, toasty malt, and very light dark fruity notes mix in. The body is creamy but a shade on the thin side. The flavor shows bitter dark chocolate, sweet dark fruit, roasty-ashy malt, some sweet mocha, and dry bitter hops. The finished product is a touch sweet, but there’s enough bitterness and roast to counter most that. This isn’t great but it is a very solid, well-rounded, Porter. No complaints.

Nose is of faint chocolate and oats. Flavour is of mild bitterness with a tiny hint of citrus. Kind of poor finish though.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a head of foamy fine to medium sized brown colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a no visible carbonation opaque except at the edges dark black brown colored body and a good lacing. The almost non-existent aroma was malty. . The flavor contained notes of black malt roasted malt mildly vinous toasted malt dark malt and hops. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.

Bottle. This is a nice roasted porter with some solid hopping that sets it apart from the pack.

Very strange that this could have such a dull taste and aroma but be so enjoyable. There's a nice roastiness and clean chocolate and coffee notes but its highlight is the balance and smooth mouthfeel. Very comfortable and sort of sessionable. Solid. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap. Pours deep reddish brown with a medium tan creamy head that slowly dissipates with nice lacing. Aroma is standard roasted malts, coffee, cigarettes, dark chocolate. Flavor is about the same, light sweet and light bitter, chocolate notes present but not overpowering. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Not bad at all.

22oz bottle. Pours thick black color with a thin tan head. Aromas of roasted malt, coffee, and chocolate. Taste mimics the nose. Roasted malt, charcoal, bitter coffee, and hints of sweet chocolate.

Bomber->stem. Black with thick tan head. Aroma: roasted malt, chocolate, coffee. Taste is sweet with caramel, chocolate, roast, with hop finish. Nice.

Bomber from Total Wine in Jensen Beach. Pours a very dark brown with a tan head leaving some nice lacing. Aroma has chocolate roastiness, caramel and some expresso. Taste is of sweet chocolate, roast and some caramel with slight grassy hops. Medium textured and a touch oily. Nice roasted/sweet flavor. Finishes roasty bittersweet. Very enjoyable. Perhaps a touch thin.

Dark brown pour with a khaki head. Roasty nose with a nice chocolate character, earthy hops, and coffee. Light malt sweetness of toffee and caramel. Good roast character and plenty of chocolate and coffee, too. Earthy hops, light bitterness, and some sweet caramel.
