Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet roasted with strong notes of chocolate as well as over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet roasted with notes of cocoa beans combined with a slight acidity from the hard roasted malt. Thanks David (Rastacouere) for dragging this to Denmark.

(Bottle 65 cl) Courtesy of Rastacouere. Clear, reddish brown with a beige head. Fat aroma of sweetish, roasted malt. Medium body with sweetish, roasted malt, fruity and berry-like with a mellow, sweet finish and a vague, ashy edge. 090507

<i>Bottled. </i> Black, dense beige head. Grapefruity nose. Dryish with clean mouthfeel. A good mix of salty licorice and other flavours associated with roasted malt and grapefruity hops. Fairly clean mouthfeel and straightforward flavour profile. medium bitterness.

From tap at the brewery. Pours black with a light orange glare and a lacing tan head. Roasted malt and coffeeish aroma. Roasted malty and light chocolate smoothness. Lingering roasted malty and light chocolate malty finish. light acidic fruity touch too.

Draught at GABF 2008. Dark brown coloured with a medium sized beige head. Roasted aroma of chocolate and caramel. Roasted flavour of caramel, chocolate, coffee and hops. Roasted finish.
