Awesome beer. Pours a pale yellow with mild foam. Very fucky and bready aromas. A little sweet up front but a very satisfying finish.

On draft at Tap 25. It pours a nice yellow color with a white head. The aroma is floral with some light funky yeast and spice. The flavor is a good balance of spicy yeast and light, grainy malts. Very subdued in every way… malt, yeast and spice, but very pleasant as well. Drinkable. Theres some light fruitiness and bubblegum sweetness if you look for it.

George’s Bachelor Party September 2013. Pours an odd hazy golden. Honey and some other stuff. Not great.

Draft sample. Poured clear golden color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate yeast balanced aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

A lightly hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with white grapes skin, powdery mineral notes, light sulfur notes. In mouth, a nice fruity malt with light curacao, coriander, citrus, sweet finish. On tap at Downtown Brew fest LV 2013.

On tap at Dutch’s. The keg we received is labeled 5.5%. Mildly hazy golden color. Thin white head. Some ropes and dots of lace. Medium body. Smooth, sort of softer crisp lighter carbonation, with a dry finish. Nice herbal spice flavor, some lemon citrus. Easy drinking and refreshing. Moderate bitter taste, light savory. Tasty light sessionable saison. I wish there more beers like this readily available.

Draft at Dutch’s. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head that disappeared quickly. The aroma and flavor have some yeast, floral notes, coriander and light peppery spice, hints of banana and light citrus. Decent enough, but as a saison it’s not very exciting.

Draft to taster at Dutch’s. Looks solid; a slightly hazy fuller gold with white lacing. Smells yeasty and spicy. Tastes like it smells, only better and with a bit of hops. Nice on the palate. Enjoyable.

Tap at Mohawk Bend. Clear straw. Medium foam, good lace. Sticky nose, pineapple gummy bears. Taste is white grape juice. Cheap white wine and gummy bears. Strange.
