It’s hard to screw up an ipa. And they did not do that. Fantastic. I don’t know what else to say. To be honest I finished the beer a little bit ago and am. Trying to remember what I liked about it.

Nice crisp taste. Very good, perfect hoppy Ness. Doesn’t taste too double-y but feels like it. Good.

Orangey smell and taste. Medium body and medium bitter finish. Pretty strong malt presence in the taste. Definitely not hop forward but above average ipa. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

bottle to snifter pours a clear medium amber orange color with white head and some decent lacing. the aroma yea you guessed it hops. mild to medium malt base which is nice lots of piney hops up front on the nose. the flavor holds true. lots of resinous and pine hops, medium bitterness start to finish. I get a mild alcohol burn on the very end. meaning it is well hidden. overall very good ipa with lots of flavor.

A really nice IPA. Plenty of hop presence, primarily pine with a great resinous aroma.

Bomber. Pours a copper orange with an off white head and aroma of hops and resin. Taste is bitter, of hops, resin, pine, and caramel notes leading to a dry, bitter finish.

With Z, a bomber, pours a dark cloudy orange pour with a small head . Nose is heavy pine and resin . Taste is strong hops with moderate to strong bitterness and heavy pine and resin. Ends on the same tasting notes with a long dry bitter finish . Quaff Score 7 / 10

On Draught
Pours a gold color with a good head and beautiful lacing on the glass

The aroma is floral and citrusy... hoop forward and inviting but surprisingly faint in some ways. It’s got a little dankness, maybe a little booze, but nothing to identify it in the double digits.

The flavor is a medium bitter with some light sweetness and a bigger than I normally dig on booze character. It’s got an odd mix of hop flavors and sensations herbal & floral for the most part, lightly fruity... sort of spicy...
All tighter just sort of all over the place.

I can see how this is an enjoyable beer for many people, I just don’t think that this is my kind of double IPA.
