Dorado double IPA on tap at beer kitchen 101 in Dublin Ohio. Beer pours a rich amber with a thin head of small white bubbles. Nose is rich with pine and citrus hops. Body is just a touch lively. Taste is a tantalizing blitz of pine, orange zest and white pepper. Finishes just a touch warm with medium bitters. Very solid beer. Very drinkable.

bottle enjoyed at home, poured a clear dark amber colour with a white head, malts, caramel malts, bread, citrus, resin, pine hops, bitter grapefruit, full bodied and oily mouthfeel, cut grass, strong bitterness, the alcohol is noticeable, but not overpowering, pretty good!

Crisp citrus hops and loads of smooth caramel. Lightly toasted and clean grains, oranges, resin and hints of pine round it out. Great creamy feel and sweet, crisp finish.

12 Oz bottle from whole foods. Really wonderful nose. Great pine. Really reminds me of the woods. Magnificent. Appearance is fine. Lots of carbonation. Amber with some hints of tan orange. Really clean citrus flavor. This double ipa is really special. Dangerous flavor and abv combination.

Pours a nice, clear, light amber with 1/2 inch white head. Aroma of new hop varieties like mosaic, piney alcohol. Flavor is more of the same. Rough, grassiness. Long, bitter finish, probably the best part of it is the finish. A little boozy.

Huge hoppy nose. Full bodied, pale malt dominated by big piney, citrusy, sharp hops. Alcohol well hidden. Great dbl IPA. Big long finish, fading with an almost copper tasting hopness.. Did someone throw a penny in my beer???!!!

Bottle. Golden, hazy, average and mostly lasting head. Moderate to full, malty and lightly sweetish aroma, light caramel and tropical fruitiness, lots of piney - some grapefruit hoppyness. Body is medium to full, malty and lightly sweetish flavor, faint caramel and light tropical fruitiness piney - some grapefruit hoppyness, faint alcohol. Finish is average to long, malty and dryish, faint caramel and light tropicalfruitiness with lots of piney - citrus hoppyness, faint alcohol. Really nice dryish and well hopped IIPA. Not too sweet/not too much caramel.

12oz bottle pours a clear orange/golden with a large off-white head. Orange citrus aroma with light caramel malt. Sweet caramel malt flavor is quickly over taken my big hops, citrus orange and grapefruit, lightly tropical, with bitter pine. Nice!

Cloudy in appearance that is golden in color. Thick frothy head with glass covering lacing. I smell bananas, cherry and hops. Slick texture that has a long sweet finish. First thing that popped into my head when i tasted it was banana cream pie. There is a hint of alcohol but very well hidden. I am very impressed with this beer.

Amber color with a nice off white head and some pretty good lacing too. Aroma of hops, grass, and pine. Taste was well balanced with the hops, grass, and pine working together. There was a bite to the palate and a decent bitterness when finishing. Great imperial ipa by Ballast Point here!
