3.4 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Can from bottledog Edinburgh. Copper orange with small white head. Malty citrus and caramel hop nose, really fresh. Medium light body, soft fizz. More malts but with fairly hefty bitterness. Stoned fruit and lemon. Long bitter finish. Smells amazing, not quite as tropical as the bravertown neck oil for instance.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Medium golden hue with an average white head. Green leafy hop character, pale malts, assertive bitterness. Lots of character for such a low ABV, but the bitterness is a bit out of balance.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 fl oz can from Brewdog online store. Orange gold amber colour, foamy white head and aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, hoppy. Taste is malt caramel, some biscuit, with peach and floral citrus grapefruit hop bitterness. Thin mouthfeel, light bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable session IPA.

Canned. Pours clear deep golden with an average off-white head. Aroma of sharp citrus, grapefruit, spicy and floral hops. Sweet flavor that ends up more dry and decent bitter. Light to medium bodied, watery texture and soft carbonation. A nice SIPA indeed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Can in the Junkyard, Nottingham. Amber with a frothy white head. Nice pine hop aroma. The taste is very hoppy with loads of pine. Some caramel too. Really refreshing and easy to drink. Excellent.

Really enjoyed this low-alcohol, full-flavored hop bomb. Not long ago, you really couldn’t find "small beer" that was packing this much flavor, but Ballast really came through on this one! Taste like an assertive IPA. Nice job. Multi 12oz can experience.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 16/20
Clear in appearance. Dark copper in color. Thick, frothy head. Good lacing. Piney and citrusy notes. Also some what i can only think of as clover in the aroma. Very watery texture. Low carbonation. Not much of a hoppy taste at all. I want the hoppy if i am getting a IPA. Starts out dry and finishes watery. I guess that is why they call it a session IPA. No kick to it at all.

Bottle. Good for what it is: a light, watery IPA with some citrus hints. Have one after you mow the lawn.

Great tasting beer in my favorite category. Balanced hop flavor. Easy to drink and enjoy with a meal
