COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ten different malts and six different hops (Ahtanum, Cluster, and Spalt to name a few) combine to create this full-flavored, small beer. Even Keel features a silky malt backbone and a bright hop flavor and aroma that come from the late kettle additions and dry hopping with 1.5 pounds per barrel. Even more layers of flavor are created with fermentation being done by two strains of yeast. This session ale is herbaceous with additional citrus aromas of lemon and grapefruit. The orange to copper hue draws you in and the low alcohol volume keeps you coming back for more.

Can. Pours a clear amber color with very minimal head. Aroma is herbal, citrus, and very hoppy. Flavor had grapefruit, lemon, tea, grass. Super hoppy and in your face. Light body and thin texture, bubbly carbonation, and a nice easy finish with some bitterness mixing in. Can easily drink and enjoy these all day long.

Pours deep gold into a shaker. White head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Dark resin aromas. Thin with resin and grapefruit upfront with an abrupt pith finish.

355ml Can from BottleDog (Glasgow, £2.80):
Fresh & hoppy with lots of flavour despite the low abv. Good bitterness with nice citrus & pine hops. Definitely one of the better session IPA’s & very easy to drink, maybe not quite as good as Stone’s Go To IPA or Founder’s All Day IPA but it runs them very close & is a nice beer that I wouldn’t mind getting again.

Can into tulip glass, clear lighter amber color with thin white head. Aroma notes of sugary citrus grapefruit, tad pine and caramel malt. Taste adds more juicy citrus, some herbal notes, cereal and a tad floral. Light body, low-moderate carbonation, oily, crisp with light pine/citrus finish. It’s IPA Lite that’s for sure but tasty and very drinkable.

Another winner from Ballast Point. Awesome pine and grapefruit hops with lots of fruit flavor. Try it, you won't be disappointed! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz bottle. Pours copper with little head. Aromas of candied grapefruit and pine. Flavors of sharp dry pine, citrus peel, and bitter resin. Not much body and watery but a tasty pounder.

Clear copper body with fair amount of frothy white head. Ripe citrus aroma of grapefruit, tangerine, and freshly clipped grass. Hoppy flavors continue in the taste with light cereal malts. Very smooth finish with moderate bitters.

Light amber with a thick head. Sweet grassy hop aroma. A little sweetness balanced with some spicy hop balancing bitterness. A light & refreshing beer with enough hop flavour to keep it interesting. Rated by BrewTom

Perfect alcohol content for a beer I want to pound a ton of. Lots of juicy fruit flavors. Pineapple mango grapefruit citrus on the finish. Decent body and flavor. Solid. Maybe the best session I have ever had.
