3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On draft at O’Briens. This APA -advertised at 4.5% abv - arrived a clear medium amber color with a small white head. The aroma is dominated by hops, lots of grapefruit and other citrus in the nose along with light sweet malts and oddly enough, a whiff of bubblegum. The taste doesn’t disappoint, with lots of bold hoppy flavors, more citrus along with floral notes and fresh fruity malts. Light body and gently crisp carbonation. This was much more flavorful and bold than I expected - definitely would be a great session ale. Another nice one from Ballast Point!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at the brewery. Pours a dark gold color, with a small off white head. Smells of citric hops and light malts combined. The hop character was pretty profoundi nthe flavor which was nice. Got some good grapefruit citrus mixed in as well to give it some depth. Very simple and easy drinking pale ale. Little hop bitterness in the clean finish. Pretty decent.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On cask at PP Real Ale Festival. 3.5%. I haven’t tried a beer that low in a while. Nice to do at an event with many other strong beers. Nice mildly hoppy aroma. Easy to drink. Blandish.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Appearance: Pours a yellow gold with an amber tint. The body is clear, and atop sits a modest layer of foamy suds. Once the head subsides, it grips onto the glass and leaves its markings all the way down.
Aroma: Lemon, tangerine, grass.
Taste: Dry malt, gigantic citrus hops. Lots of grapefruit and orange.
Mouthfeel: Thin with very active carbonation.
Overall: Beautiful and spot on. Up there with my favs from Firestone Walker and the Collaboration they did earlier this year.

Sample at Ballast Point. Really a solid beer. Tons of hop aroma and flavor, pours a beautiful clear orange and I could drink a lot. Really nice and flavorful, balanced and just overall good.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
A damn fine beer, I would drink it until my liver gave way. Nothing offensive at all, just beer bliss. Would get again fo sho.
hell yeah, a solid session beer, very light in body very dry, but nice hop profile, good aroma, i think it could have used a less fermentable base grain or higher mash, but still a rad beer.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
On-tap at the Carroll Canyon brewery. Pours golden orange with a moderate white head, touch of lace. Smells crisp and floral hoppy, very nice, with some malt as well. Pretty damn tasty for 3.5%abv. Light, floral hops, good malt backbone. Thin light body, crisp carbonation. Awesome beer.
