COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ten different malts and six different hops (Ahtanum, Cluster, and Spalt to name a few) combine to create this full-flavored, small beer. Even Keel features a silky malt backbone and a bright hop flavor and aroma that come from the late kettle additions and dry hopping with 1.5 pounds per barrel. Even more layers of flavor are created with fermentation being done by two strains of yeast. This session ale is herbaceous with additional citrus aromas of lemon and grapefruit. The orange to copper hue draws you in and the low alcohol volume keeps you coming back for more.

tap. aroma of clean dank citrusy hops with a pleasant tropical fruit tangerine sweetness to round things out. nice balance. not too bitter, not too sweet. worked pretty well. not terribly potent aroma, but very easy to drink. good job at the session hoppy pale ale style.

Itís OK. I like Ballast Point, and this beer starts strong while cold, but as it warms it gets a bit odd. The aroma gets grassy and garlicy, as does the taste. But almost a taste of butter. I think itís more onion than butter, but itís still odd.

Pours clear gold with a medium white head. Aroma has mild sweet grassiness. Flavor Follows suit and adds an earthy tea note. Mouthfeel is medium and slightly resinous with a dry earthy finish.

Can at Antenna America. Nice. Pine, citrus, how many times can I write this about an ipa. Malty sweetness there, easy going good starter.

Can from Meditrina. Clear copper with lasting head and some lace. Spicy bready aroma with some citrus. Mild biscuity fruity sweetness with assertive slightly harsh spicy hop bite made harsh by aggressive carbo. Light and a little watery and not covered up by excessive bitterness. Good.

can. lightly hazy with a dusting of sediment under medium sized, creamy, white head. citrus peel, lime, white grapefruit aroma. nice limey bitterness with hints of bitter pith. medium bodied that has a bigger palate than you would expect for low abv.

Clear amber with big white head. Aroma is fresh green grassy hop, some grapefruit too. Light refreshing mouth-feel, but still some maltyness, well balanced by piney hop character. Nice hint of malt but mostly hop finish. Is this really only 3.8%? This is a great session IPA.

On tap at Taco Mac- Cumming. Pours a translucent copper with a thick white head. Nice sticky lacing. Aroma of citrus rinds and resin. Nice light bitterness. Not harsh at all. Citrus rinds and resin dominate the palate. An awesome session IPA!

This is a really nice session beer. Light malty, medium hopping, dry palate, quite a nice beer for hot days.

Comes out of the tap a beautiful golden Amber - not much head, but that is an artifact of the pour. Aroma is SERIOUSLY hoppy - like getting a good whiff of fresh-cut pine, evergreem and woody, plus fruity hints. Bold flavor makes you feel as though youíre drinking a liquid pine tree. This is a brewski for serious hop fans! Fruity and malty hints come through as well. Texture is firm and very lively and sassy, leaving a woody evergreen finish. Get on an even keel if hops are your bag!

Hazy orange colored body, medium sized off-white head, soapy lacing. Light florals and grapefruit. Soft pale malt base with a touch of cracker and cereal. Medium to light bodied with moderate carbonation and mild bitterness.
