COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lager meets IPA in a winning combination.

Our Fathom India Pale Lager combines time-honored lagering techniques with the hop profiles of a West Coast IPA recipe. The cold-fermenting lager yeast provides a clean base that allows the citrus and pine aromas from the hops to really shine. The result is a gold medal beer with a refreshing, easy drinking character and just the right amount of depth.

Deep blond color with creamy generous head. Wonderful fruity aroma, mature apricots. Round mouthfeel; sweet malt flavor, but also lean an easy to drink, with a good bitterness level, apricot fruitiness, and soft hop resins.
Balanced and very pleasant.

Tasting at the ever gracious ChrisO’s. Thanks to our host for this winner. Clear pale gold beer, good fluffy white head. Palate is very light and airy. Superfine carbonation. Very light malt base, slightly sweet. Little floralness. Hops are a nice combo of mild skunk, resinous orange and mild tropical fruits. Light airy finish. Tasty and super drinkable.

Clear golden pour with a nice white head. Slightly bread/biscuit forward nose with plenty of floral, pine, and citrus hop aromas. Very heavy on the pine, in fact. Some mild malt sweetness to the flavor. A bit of alcohol, lots of pine and floral hops, some bitterness, and a hint of grass. Light herbal quality and citrus peel, too.

Tap. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy white head that was lasting and produced good lacing. Good moderate hop and sweet malt aroma. Medium to abundant body with a lick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy bittersweet flavor with with a moderate to heavy bittersweet finish of medium to long duration. This beer surpassed my expectations.
