On tap at Beachwood BBQ, Seal Beach, poured into shaker pint. Appearance is clear orange-amber with a finger and a half of white head that lasts and leaves patchy lacing. Aroma is grapefruit, mango, pineapple, pine, and biscuit malt. Taste is hoppy citrus bitterness with a fading pine note followed by a balancing malty sweetness. Medium bodied, slightly oily texture, average carbonation, just to the bitter side of balanced on the finish.

On tap at Hops and Pie poured a clear golden amber with a small lasting amber head. Aromas of bread, earthiness, pine, cat piss and grapefruit. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of bread, earthiness, pine and light grapefruit with a crisp dry lingering bitter pine finish.

Crowler from Lone Star Taps and Caps. Clear orange with a white head. The aroma is very nice. I get a mix of orange and pine from the hops as well as some biscuit malt. Very hoppy smelling. The flavor is more of the same. I get some bitter and lightly tart orange and mango notes, as well as a hint of resinous pine. There is a decent amount of bitterness but I also get a bit of biscuit malt. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A very nice pale ale.

Pours a clear bright golden color with a medium white head. Aroma has awesome fresh hoppiness...grapefruit and hoppy spice...very floral. Flavor follows suit...very tasty...nice spicy/herbal hops with rindy and grapefruity notes. Mouthfeel is medium and mildly resinous with a dry earthy / herbal/rindy finish.

10 oz pour at Barrels and Bottles. This is a wonderful looking beer with a bright, clear orange body and a tall, lasting white head. The aroma is intense. I can smell this from the table with ease. Hugely potent Mosaic dankness is immediately evident with notes of garlic, grapefruit, pine, herbs and grass. The body is medium light with a basic and accessible malt bill. The hops translate perfectly into the flavor and create an endless finish. Tons of bitterness is present, but with an even more vast array of hop flavor. This is a full on west coast ale executed flawlessly.

Tap. The look is clear, slightly off white head, and golden in color. The smell is food, onion, spices, hops, fruits, nice, and pine. The taste is pine, onions, food, garlic, hops, interesting.

Draft at my wedding. Crushed probably 6-7 of these over the course of the night. Fresh fruity and dank hops, a clean malty base, and a nice sharp hoppy finish. A perfect beer for our perfect night.

Dark golden-orange body, medium sized white head, soapy lacing. Weed, grass, resin, and grapefruit with light crackery malts. Medium bodied with moderate to gentle carbonation, dry finish with assertive bitterness.
