On tap at Beachwood BBQ, Seal Beach, poured into shaker pint. Appearance is clear orange-amber with a finger and a half of white head that lasts and leaves patchy lacing. Aroma is grapefruit, mango, pineapple, pine, and biscuit malt. Taste is hoppy citrus bitterness with a fading pine note followed by a balancing malty sweetness. Medium bodied, slightly oily texture, average carbonation, just to the bitter side of balanced on the finish.

Tap at Eureka, University Village Seattle. First WA rate? In any case, a nice find!

Copper pour, foamy dimpled head. Amazing aroma -- this is easily the leafiest APA I’ve ever smelled. So inviting, an herb garden on a summer’s day. Add to this a bit of Mosaic character and you’ve got something really special. The flavor can’t possibly live up, but it’s very nice, not too powerfully hopped, just delicious. Great beer.

Awesome hop cocktail here with two great strains. Wonderful piney top with grapefruit and light peel zest. Pours clear orange with great head and lacing. Medium bitter finish, and a smooth, slick texture. Great, well-balanced palate. Nice stuff. Tap at Churchkey.

4 oz draft pour at ChurchKey. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, onion, floral notes. Tastes of grapefruit citrus, dank notes, onion and garlic, floral notes. Medium body with a dry finish. Juicy mouthfeel. Very enjoyable.

Draft at ChurchKey. Had two pints of the stuff. Slightly hazy orange pour, frothy white head with good lacing. Gorgeous nose and flavor, with tangerine, orange bitters, scallion, and freshly cut grass giving just enough room for hints of apricot, nectarine, and chive. Clean, dry, and bitter on the palate. Absolutely lovely.

On draught at Apex. Deep golden with a tinge of ruby. Aroma is lightly dank hops, with notes of grapefruit and tropical melon. Taste is hop forward, with grapefruit and the lighter tropical Mosaic notes. The bitterness is intense but really well balanced with some caramel malt. Light mouthfeel, yet a long-lasting citrus hop finish. Tastes like a much higher ABV beer.

Lower abv than I prefer, but a nice blend of fruity tropical and citrus hops, with hints of spice and malt. Easy drinking, yet better than average in style.
