Sampled at the brewery on 11/30/06: Pours a clear bright golden with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Sweet, authentic grainy pale German malty aroma. Body starts sweet and malty drying some toward a slightly floral lager yeasty profile. True to style and drinkable.

Draft @ homebrew shop. Poured a clear pale yellow color. The malty aroma had worty and cereal notes. Light malty flavor. Crisp with some floral notes. Bitter semi-dry finish.
