Sick_boy282 (1073), San Diego, California, USA Jan 27, 2005 Pours a reddish amber hue with almost no head. Aromas of slight yeaty funk. and mellow compared to the the unblended. Flavors are pretty mellow, again, compred to the unblended with a little more body. DaSilky1 (1506), San Diego, California, USA Jan 27, 2005 Looks like the blended version..a blended purple/red color. The aroma was strikingly different though as it had a soft vinious character over a deep and complex overripe plum tone. Flavors continued the dark overripe plum theme, getting quite fleshy with the plum flavors. There was also a mineraly/botanical character to the flavors. Its less complex than the unblended version and does not show the sourness of that version either. However, the finish is slightly less gritty and somewhat earthy.
