A classic German-Style Beer, Brewed in San Diego. Our Longfin Lager has become one of the go-to beers with the team at the brewery. A solidly balanced Helles inspired Lager with a clean, slightly hoppy finish that could easily fit in at any German beer garden. We think it’s perfect for enjoying on the beach, the boat or anywhere else you can put an ice chest full of beer.

Can-pours slightly hazy straw yellow with a nice white soapy head and awesome lacing!. nose is grainy yet clean with a wif of lite german hops. nice malty husky notes on the nose. flavors show the husky qualities as well, yet very refreshing. not an overly complex brew but very lite and flavorful. very solid lite session lager here!

Bottle:   A very nice clean and moderately sweet lager.   Grassy, with some sweet straw/hay in there.   Very smooth, clean, and even a bit rich.   Looks good, tastes pretty good, and has a great body.

Can from The Bier Stein. Medium-strength grassy nose, light hops. Pale straw color. Solid sweet initial / grass, biscuit, cookies / a small rush of mild sweetness in final and baby-step hop tracks. Thin-medium body. Pleasant stuff. A bit on the sweet side.

I finally got myself a lager/pilsner glass(then bought a slightly different one at IKEA) anyways I served the Longfin Lager in a Daiso Pilsner glass. Can from Antenna America, 4.5% It poured a great clear gold with a nice inch of foam which left behind lacing and a filmy layer of foam. Sweet malty grassy aroma with a touch of floral hops. The taste is sweet, fruity like a wine then cracker with a hint of graham before finishing with hay and a crisp lightly bitter finish. Pretty good subtle lager.

Halmgul och möjligen svagt grumlig. Har en annan variant av kokta grönsaker än våra europeiska lager. Även toner av trevliga humlesorter med lite tropiska inslag, men det hjälper föga. Tveksamt bra lager.

Wonderfully smooth and lightly sweet. Supremely drinkable and with only a hint of bitterness. A nice oily texture. A good weight. Very good.

12oz can pours with a hazy gold body that has copper hues and supports a thin bright white head of foam. The aroma offers up grainy malts, some floral hops and then other various grainy notes and breadiness mixed with a lagery yeasty sense. The taste begins with a nice grainy maltiness and then flows into some malt sweetness and faint pear flavored cotton candy mixed with floral hop flavor and almost no hop bitterness. To midway a pleasing bready to grain note moves forward and sends back some of the sweetness to create some balance. It ends with a nice lingering bready sort of graininess and then mild floral hops. I like.
