A classic German-Style Beer, Brewed in San Diego. Our Longfin Lager has become one of the go-to beers with the team at the brewery. A solidly balanced Helles inspired Lager with a clean, slightly hoppy finish that could easily fit in at any German beer garden. We think it’s perfect for enjoying on the beach, the boat or anywhere else you can put an ice chest full of beer.

Clear, light yellow pour. Scant head. Nose is lightly kilned malt. Bittersweet. middle is bready with a hint of apple sweetness. Finish is dry. Steady, but not overly impressive.

Pours a light yellow color with a hops aroma. Taste is clean, crisp, and very easy drinking. Very well balanced, slight hoppy aftertaste but overall is easy drinking. Similar to a light beer with more flavor and complexity. Extra points for its refeshing quality.

12 oz. can poured to a SA Lager glass, showing a clear, straw/light gold color, with frothy , white head foam, and dots & dashes of lacing. The aroma was light grain, light pils nose, but no noticeable DMS scent, a touch of yeast, light, lemony citrus, and a bit of grassiness. Light bodied, and effervescent in appearance & carbonation, with low, peppery bitterness, resulting in a clean & crisp, sessionable Lager. Appreciated this so much more after just returning from a local fest that served a lot of cold, macro brews of similar styles.

Bottle shared by WESIRS. Clear yellow pour with white foamy head. Flavors of sweet bread and malts with a dry finish. Easy drinking on a hot day. Wish it was hoppy.

Bottle in San Diego with mike. Not bad. Smooth finish. A little watery and thin. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pale golden. Pissy. No head or phoam. Sparse bubbles too. Smells like corn, or German lagers. Medium body. Heavy body and malty sugary taste for the color. What a bad idea.

Can from Bob’s.

Light gold pour, nice white head. Grassy German hops dominate the nose. Flavors follow, gently sweet (honey), lots of cracker. Tasty, well-balanced, easy drinking. I like it.

12 ounce bottle - Hop City Beer & Wine in Birmingham, Alabama.

Appearance: Pours a lightly hazed, pale hay-hued beer with a medium-small, white head, though its retention is fair.

Smell: Pils maltiness with softly toasted grains, a little yeasty breadiness, and gentle hop notes of lemon and grassiness.

Taste: Subtle pils malt bill, lightly toasted grains, a modest cereal sweetness. Citrus alongside a minute grassiness, ample peppery hop bitterness. Scantly yeasty. A little more lemon precludes the crisp, easy finish.

Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium, active carbonation.

Overall: A crisp, clean, refreshing beer for the Memorial Day Weekend.
