COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A classic German-Style Beer, Brewed in San Diego. Our Longfin Lager has become one of the go-to beers with the team at the brewery. A solidly balanced Helles inspired Lager with a clean, slightly hoppy finish that could easily fit in at any German beer garden. We think it’s perfect for enjoying on the beach, the boat or anywhere else you can put an ice chest full of beer.

Draft: @ Pizza Port Ocean Beach. Nice typical Helles, clean, crisp, nice maltiness. Food Pairing: Portzel.

Bottle. Pours a bit hazy, straw to gold. Typical lager aroma -- cereal grains, dough, maybe a light touch of Noble hops in the background. Taste follows, a bit sweet but pretty well balanced and clean overall. Enjoyable but not remarkable or particularly memorable.

Gold for the most part .. Menu slap .. Medium foam .. Sandy and light bitterness .. Expected this to be a bit better considering the brewery but a decent helles .. . . I feel like I’m in communist Russia, things are changing- I can’t get my pork fried!!

Pours a pale gold. Light corny aroma. Light body, medium to full carbonation. Bready dough, lemon, corn, light honey, metal... Not much to this. It’s OK.

Clear, light yellow pour. Scant head. Nose is lightly kilned malt. Bittersweet. middle is bready with a hint of apple sweetness. Finish is dry. Steady, but not overly impressive.

Pours a light yellow color with a hops aroma. Taste is clean, crisp, and very easy drinking. Very well balanced, slight hoppy aftertaste but overall is easy drinking. Similar to a light beer with more flavor and complexity. Extra points for its refeshing quality.

12 oz. can poured to a SA Lager glass, showing a clear, straw/light gold color, with frothy , white head foam, and dots & dashes of lacing. The aroma was light grain, light pils nose, but no noticeable DMS scent, a touch of yeast, light, lemony citrus, and a bit of grassiness. Light bodied, and effervescent in appearance & carbonation, with low, peppery bitterness, resulting in a clean & crisp, sessionable Lager. Appreciated this so much more after just returning from a local fest that served a lot of cold, macro brews of similar styles.

Bottle shared by WESIRS. Clear yellow pour with white foamy head. Flavors of sweet bread and malts with a dry finish. Easy drinking on a hot day. Wish it was hoppy.
