A: The pour is amber in color with a thin off white head. S: Right from the beginning there is a very strong and very green/fresh/raw pepper aroma. At first, just a moderate spiciness with a light fruitiness and earthy aroma. Pretty much, this just smells like peppers. T: At first, there is a mild toffee sweetness with some toasted bread. After that, the peppers come through at full strength. There is a strong lingering heat/burn on the back of the throat to accompany the big time pepper flavor. M: Medium in body with a medium carbonation. O: This is an interesting experiment and it was nice to try, but after a few sips, I had a really hard time drinking any more.
